I found this hotel to be very average- but I mean that in a good way. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. By no means was the place extravagant or over-the-top. Just a comfy room with a comfy bed (although the free internet is a real bonus). The location to the University of Arizona campus is excellent- though far from the area where there are restaurants and bars. If you are on a business trip to the area, I would recommend it.

Great to be so close to the UOFA. Comfortable and clean room. Staff was very friendly, helpful & very efficient. Room facing Speedway building. Too noisy. Great service, comfortable rooms. Internet access is easy to understand. Overall a B+.

I was overcharged *.00 and they are still trying to find out why... Corporate bS really. Will have to stay there again as son will be undergoing a stem cell transplant at the University of AZ medical center.

This motel is way over priced. This motel is old and dated. Our room only had 1 desk chair. No other furniture to sit down, no table for in room dining. The front desk said no other furniture was available. We did not dine at the motel or visit the lounge. The pool looked OK, but the pool side furniture was grimy We did like the location, adjacent to the University of Arizona. Nothing else is within walking distance. The room was clean, but very dated. If you stay here, request a room on the pool side. The rooms on the North side (Speedway Blvd) are noisy. The underground parking was a plus. The personel at the front desk were helpful with their local knowledge of restaurants and attractions. We paid 170 a night. A fair price would be 70-90/night.

Location. Eatery nearby. Couldn't find the ice machine. A good place - very close to the University! The hotel was clean, and I felt safe. Not fancy, but practical.

We stayed at the Four Points due to its location near the UMC/hospital. The rooms were quite comfortable and they were clean. We had a good view. We ate in the hotel and the food and service were above average. The only complaint we had was that we couldn't turn the heat down low enough. We were on the seventh floor, so we opened the balcony door to lower the temperature in the room. All in All, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others, especially if you have family at the hospital.

The first room we were given had a broken bed so they moved us. The hotel was old, the heating and air conditioning was central, not room regulated and the room was dingy. By the time we made it to the second room, it was very late and we were very tired. In the morning when we awakened, we saw what appeared for all intents and purposes to be blood spatter all over the drapes. It was really wierd. We telephoned the police and they advised us to talk to the manager of the hotel. We did so, and all he could say was that he was sorry. He offered not compensation and we were really upset about finding this mess. I doubt given this experience that I would choose a Sheraton four points again. It was really bad!

Very clean, convenient, and oh! love those pillows. Has a wonderful and relaxing stay. I am sorry I did not stay there last month. Already recommended it to my friends and families. Front desk staff was very friendly. Of course the fact that there are places to eat at a walking distance is a plus.

This was about the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The carpets were stained all over the place. Plaster peeling in the bathroom, mold forming around the fixtures and tiles. Do not walk around the rug with your bare feet. The staff was unfriendly. We should have taken our clues from the outside upon arriving. This is an old Hotel that needs serious renovations. No amount of money is worth the stay. We were too afraid of eating there, it was just too nasty! Thank goodness we only booked for one night.

Personnel are great. Pool was closed at 10:00 p.m. The restaurant staff was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick in getting us a handicapped ready room.

When I checked in, they were having a water issue, so there was no running water for the first 3 hours I was there. That night and the next day, the water that came out was very brown! I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth. Carpets were beyond filthy. Meeting room was dirty. Checked out that morning. Would NOT recommend.

Pros: This hotel was wonderful-everyone we met was friendly and helpful, the breakfast consisted of more than just your average cold cereal-it had eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fresh fruit, yogurt... The bed was super comfortable. The free internet was so convenient, and there was a large desk area for working. The complimentary shampoos and conditioner were actually quite nice products! Cons: It was somewhat noisy in a room facing the street, but only when motorcycles went by. The hotel was a little dated, but the pros FAR outweigh the cons for this hotel!

Beds are great with lots of soft pillows full comfy. I would like the pool area to be a little bit more decorated to created a more happy environment. It has a nice dinning area also a nice bar. The location is great. People at the front desk made me feel good, they were very helpful when I wanted to rent a car. The bedrooms are great love the bed, pretty comfortable, lots of soft pillows. Sure I am happy and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Did not go with high expectations. Turned out, I was very pleasantly surprised. Yes, the hotel is older, but lobby and general areas have been renovated and not run-down as they said. The room was spacious and comfortable -- the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was warm and willing to go out of their way to help. I did not dine-in as there are restaurants and diners and restaurants REALLY close by. There was parking, and I find that useful!! What I really liked was how accomodating the staff was. When I asked them when the latest they would let me check out -- their reply Is 2p.m. sufficient?? - WOW!!! AND you really can't get any closer to University of Arizona!!
