Awful experience. Thought this was IN the airport, but that turned out to be a different Sheraton (Gateway). They refused to transfer my reservation to the other hotel or provide a refund of my deposit. All services were closed when I finally arrived by shuttle, clerk was unhelpful, the hotel is not very nice (Gateway is MUCH nicer), and I'm worried about catching early morning flight: shuttle service is reputed to be unreliable.

An OK place to stay. Room and pool were clean. Staff is friendly.. Our keys would not work the first 4 days we were there. Some eating places close by but not much else. Close to the airport. Probably good as a group meeting place. I saw big rooms for that. We were on vacation and did not need them.

We were given a single with a King and required two beds. The change was completed quickly and without any issues.Very pleasant to deal with.Only issue I had was we were required to pay for parking.

THe property is in great shape. The Fornt Office manager checked us in and was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very poor welcome as employee assigned me a dirty room. The second room was wrong bedding. No apologies and very tardy in getting me the room type I had booked. Staff very young and inexperienced not very professional. The worst part was the airport shuttle driver took me and others to coffee drive thru before dropping us off! I called to complain never heard back from manager, called to follow-up and was told they had lost my contact info and were not able to get back to me! USELESS, AVOID. I stayed at The Renaissance Airport which was heaven compared to this hell of a place.

The shuttle service was prompt, the staff friendly, room was clean. There were only 2 computers at the work station and I had to wait quite a while to get access to one. It cost money for coffee/juice in lobby. I was so impressed by the quality of this hotel. Check in process was fast and friendly. The room was clean and inviting. I had an adjoining room next to me that was a bit noisy but I fell asleep anyways.

My wife loved the feather pillows. Had to wait over 20 minutes for the five minute shuttle ride. Close to airport. Quiet, clean. Sandwich we had in the lounge was outstanding!

Lovely room decor, frequent shuttle to airport. A coffee pot/vending machine in the lobby for late-night or very early checkouts in the morning. Very clean, convenient. Would definitely recommend.

I did have an issue with regard to the shuttle but it was worked out. The front desk employee was very courteous and apologetic regarding the fact that the shuttle did not arrive on time. She brought out the Manager who was also apologetic and did his best to make the remainder of our stay pleasant and that the shuttle service was satisfactory in the early morning on our departure.

Very comfy bed. Small shuttle to airport. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. Shuttle was disappointing-took an hr for spouse to get ride back from rental car drop off.

Close to Airport andquick shuttle. Rooms were old and dated. TV not very clear. Close to airport with half hourly shuttles. Good for quick overnight stay. Rooms are dated and in need of some sprucing up. TV is very old (not flat screen).

The pillows on the bed were very nice, also the little sample size shampoo/conditioner and lotion was good quality. We had a hard time connecting with them from the airport for the shuttle. We were only there for a few hours to sleep, but the location was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. They also offered parking at a weekly rate which was very helpful. Oh yeah, the maids were vacuuming the halls at 9am, so if you are going there to sleep in, don't expect to! Overall a pleasant experience.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The parking lot was confusing. It is a very nice hotel. Extremely close to the airport. So close you could almost walk but not quite. Not many amenties near by though.
