Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My friends and I were going to a concert and decided to stay there so we didn't have to drive home that night. At the hotel, they gave us directions to get there and everything. It was very clean and was overall a great place to stay. I definately recommend to other people.

Housekeeping did not service the room one day. Staff responded quick and gave me a complimentary full breakfast.

The staff were very nice. the room was clean. the WiFi worked great. The morning chef was very accommodating. Every amenity was offered. As I have new interests in the area I will be back.

I visted this hotel for a family wedding. There is no warning that the hotel is "remodeling." The restaurant is closed, the bar is closed and the lobby is competely gutted. So don't bother checking out the pictures on the website. The photo on their website shows a great room with a flat screen tv. The room I got had an old 25" hotel TV and we couldn't find a remote in the room. The rooms are the size of dorm room and furnished with tired looking furniture. Their are no closets in the rooms so everything goes into a TV stand/ coffee stand/ wardrobe /dresser unit. The oddest thing I found about the room was that their were no towel racks in the bath room. Which judging from the crud on the bathroom A/C vent and the stains from the leak in the room above probably is not a bad thing being the there was mold / mildew stain around the handrail in the bath tub. I alway thought better of Sheraton, but I guess when you have a lot of hotels there has to be a best one and one like this.

This hotel made the best of the re-design they were in the middle of completing. The staff was very friendly, and very coopereative. The shuttle service (which was my top reason for chosing) was excellent. I will stay here again for my two yearly stays in this area.

In room coffee, the indoor pool was nice and big. It seemed to be a bit worn in the public spaces. The staff was great although we did not any special attention. They have a restaurant, it is a buffet, with made to order omelets for $9.00. I just wanted a bowl of oatmeal, so although I could get it there it was still $9.00. I thought the hotel was a good value for the price we paid on Priceline. I would certainly stay there again.

Stayed here twice on Starpoints. Right by Lehigh Valley International Airport. Airline crews stay there. Rooms do have some age on them, but the hotel was under renovation when I stayed. Otherwise, the staff was fine and friendly. The room was clean, but we skipped the restaurant for the Bethlehem Diner close by for breakfast. Hopefully, when renovations are complete this hotel will be a little nicer.

The website shows a great hotel, I am just not sure what hotel it is. The pictured lobby doesn't exist. The hotel lobby is gutted and you have to checkin at a sidedoor hallway. The restauarant shown is closed. The bar is closed. The business center is an old pc on a table in a hallway. The rooms are DIRTY with urine and mold stains in the bathroom. Forget the plasma screen TV they show the TV's are old 25 in hotel sets. The staff is clueless and unprofessional. If you love dogs this is a great hotel, because we had to listen to one bark all night long. It was almost as annoying as the commercial washers that started at 4:30 AM and shook the room. If you loved living in your college dorm this is the place for you, the rooms are just as small and have the same charm. They have no closets or towel racks in the rooms. You hang your clothes in a TV / Coffee Maker / wardrobe unit. The furniture is huge for such a small room. Which is good because it shows less of the stained carpet.

Hotel has just remodeled and the rooms are bright, cheery, easy to work in and very clean. Excellent location for flying out of Allentown. Staff went out of their way to assist a single female travler.

Pizza delivery people beating on the next door at 12:30 AM and again at 1:30 AM. This hotel was noisy and the front desk rude, when I called to complain I was told it was my fault for not complaining sooner and the room next door had a right to eat at 1:30 AM even if the delivery service beat, not knocked on the door repeatedly trying to deliver pizza twice in one hour. I would never pay for this poor experience again, ever.

"This hotel was convenient to the Allentown airport. On Friday night there was a raucous, noisy night club in the restaurant. Carpet was dirty and room (supposedly a suite) was small. Breakfast was disappointing and overpriced. Save your money."

"Rooms are clean but show signs of wear. Neat room setup with bunk beds for kids, even good for teens. Dinner at the restaurant on a Fri eve after driving 5 hrs was a little disappointing since a few menu items weren't available; food was OK. Fun to view dancing at the bar while eating. Nice touch with the 'Dive-In' movies at the pool. "
