After renovation it is a great place to stay ! Nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff, good security, Wifi and much more good things to stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

hotel was close to itrolley stop which can take you to seaworld or premium outlet mall for $1.25. itrolley does not go to universal orlando but is $8 taxi ride.. hotel was clean, nice, friendly staff. shuttle to universal comes at 830,1130AM. return to hotel shuttle is 730,930 pm.close to denny's, ihop,red lobster, 7-11. FREE WIFI in the rooms!!!overall hotel is highly recommended.

Service is outstanding and rooms are very comfortable. The only thing that tops the condition and comfort of the hotel is the outstanding service from all of the hotel staff. Rooms were great, pool was fun and all of the staff is extremely willing to please.

It all starts at the front desk - wonders! They ensured we were well taken care of. The view from room 914 is beautiful! I can't wait to stay there again. The onloy reason why I rated the pool bad is because it was indicated it was heated - for me it was not, and the other low review is fitness room - 5 machines does not a fitness room make . Others may find these ammenties excellent- I will stay again - these things can't diminish the value, comfort, saftey, ambiance and service this hotel offers.

I must start by saying the only good thing about this place was we had early check in and late check out. The hotel, staff and the room was terrible. The minute we walked into the room there was an awful smell and the bathroom door would not shut all the way. We had to call as soon as we go to the room for towels because the bathroom did not have any. When I called the front desk for the towels I was rudely interrogated like I had any reason to lie about the towels. When we got the towels (30 min later) we only use two because the others had nasty yellow stains. It was very disappointing to have stayed at this Sheraton and I'm glad we only stayed there for a night. I didn't bother to complain to the staff but I'm glad I was sent this survey.

Excellent location, nice hotel. Nice high rise, walking distance to all. Staff at the front desk wasn't friendly. Rooms weren't given to us until 3PM. The Second room around 6 PM. Me and my guest waiting in the lobby for long time. Reception is shady. Receptionist made this Motel like atmosphere. Very rude receptionist.

When we came to this hotel on Sept 18., the hotel staff was very nice and very courtous. The room was clean when we arrived. The beds were okay but they were not queen size beds. During the entire weekend, housekeeping did not arrive until late in the evening and we didn't let them come and clean the room because we were tired from the theme park (Universal). But oddly enough, on the day of checkout, they came before time for checkout. The bus shuttle was great and save money on parking at the theme park. Also I wouldn't reccommend their resturant because it's overpriced for the average person. There's different resturants and shops near the hotel.

Our first time in Orlando, And we got a great hotel the Four Points was awsome views all the way around, close to everything, so easy to find, clean, comfortable, and quiet..We will stay there every time we go now!!

The Four Points Sheraton is in a great location with convenient, free shuttle to parks. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of some minor upgrading, but clean and convenient.

Location Room quality, management, food We had standing water in our room from a faulty air conditioner. When we contacted management they came to our room and told us there was nothing they could do to help us since we booked through priceline. Very disappointing. We have used priceline on many occassions and never had a problem like this.

My wife and college age sons, wanted a quick trip to visit "Jimmy Buffet's Margaritasville at City Walk". The hotel provided free parking and a no cost, efficient shuttle bus with an easy to understand schedule. Allowed us to enjoy the "cheeseburgers from paradise" and cold drinks at City Walk at night. Rooms were a great value and staff were friendly. Concierge was friendly but uninformed.

My Fiance' and I were there to see the Daytona 500,the Hotel was awsome,I would recommend this place to anyone.We had awsome time and a DREAM come true. We visited Universal Studios we had great time,But nothing beat the Daytona500.We will visit again! Debbie

Proximity to Universal Studios. Too few shuttle runs to Universal in the evening. Close to Universal Studios with the ability to walk if not traveling with young children.

That was our third time at Orlando. FIrst time in this hotel. We stayed for 9 days, 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel is close of everything, Intl Drive restaurants for dinner and breakfast, shops, etc. The hotel offers free park and free internet access, good room and bathroom, confortable beds, clean, safe, quiet.(we was on 3th floor). Did not need talk with nobody, everything runs ok from check-in with a on line website reservation print to the checkout express. Avoid internal restaurant: is too expensive for dinner and breakfast.

For the second time in less than a year, we have had the worst experience with this hotel staff imaginable. There are not enough adjectives on this planet to describe this discourteous staff from managerial to front desk. We will never send our groups to this hotel again.

Clean quiet rooms friendly staff. Shape of the room (pie cut) because the hotel is a round tower design. It was fine for us. If it was for a theme park visit I would definitely stay on property at Disney century or all-star.
