I loved the hotel because it was right near the mall and a lovely place to stay in. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a microwave and fridge in the room. Otherwise, I would recommend the hote!

The Sheraton Four Points at South Point is one of my favorite hotels. First, the staff. They are so caring and helpful. They were all cheerful and willing to do a little extra. The food was good and reasonably priced and I had unlimited hot water for herbal tea. What a pleasure. This is the best fitness center in a smaller property I have ever seen. Cross trainers, tread mills bycicles. All with monitors with closed captioning. I was in heaven. The pool was immaculate. In fact the entire hotel was so clean. I felt so comfortable, and they were accomodating of old and young, two footed guests and the four footed variety. My Willie (spoiled Dachshund) would feel very comfortable. It was lovely.

The open setting the hotel has making it seem bigger than it is. I was completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed one step above in overall quality from a typical holiday inn or comfort inn. Great deal!

the service of the hotel staff was outstanding. the beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. however, due to the layout of the hotel with the rooms open to the bar/check in it was rather noisy at times. overall it was a good experience and will probably stay again.

Fabulous bedding and modern, luxurious bathroom decor. We could not adjust the air temperature, just the speed. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The bedding was fabulously plush and the bathrooms were modern and luxurious. The room was decorated with local photography without seeming hokey. We hated to go.

It was very clean, nice indoor pool, close to a great mall and right off the interstate. There was a large family reunion taking place in the hotel and they were loud late into the night. This was agreat hotel. The place was clean and in a great location. The rooms were very nice and large. The facilities were great and the price was excellent for what you receive.
