Called 2x to confirm that we were booked in the room that we requested and upon checkin we were in a differnet room. Had to argue a bit with the staff who wanted to charge us an additional $30 a night for the room that we reserved. Finally settled in and really enjoyed the view from the 11th floor. Throughout our stay the staff was not friendly at all. No smiles or "hello's" in the hallway. Food is VERY expensive so we did not eat at the hotel at all. Continental breakfast was $11.

Location was nice. Old outdated hotel Nice location, but was highly dated and the AC did not work between 9pm and 6am it is turned off by hotel staff.

The hotel was located in a great spot! The only concern was that it needed a bit of updating. The bed was great however.

I had a really wonderful stay at the Four Points Sheraton. The staff was super friendly, and the room was immaculate. The only thing about it that wasn't completely to my satisfaction was the restaurant at the hotel. It was very pricey. Other than that, I loved the hotel! I will definitely stay there again if I get to go back to Denver!

My family and I travel frequently(2-3 times a yr). this hotel was not up to our stnadards. They do not have queen beds. Only double and King. We had 2 double beds inour room. Room was way too small for our family. We asked for an ungrade to a suite and were denied because we booked through a vacation package. We even offered to pay the difference. We had to ask for more towels EVERYday. A double room only gets you 2 towel sets. We also had two children. The staff was not really rude, just curt. The polite smile with biting w The lady in the gift shop did not want to sell postcard stamps to mydaughter because postcards were not purchased in the gift shop. Even though there was a 3 cent surchrage on each stamp. UNBELIEVABLE!! The food in the reastuarant was OK. Certainly not worth the price. There are numerous restuarants in the surrounding area than to go to this mediocre place. There are also many more hotels to stay in. This hotel has three levels of rooms that are under the lobby. I felt like we were in a dungeon. We are not accustomed to these kind of accomadations. When we confirmed our reservation the day prior to arrival were assured there would be no problem with an early check-in. Of course, upon arrival at 9 am, a large bulging woman told us that we would have to wait until 3 pm. Then, once returning at 3 pm, the same bulging woman told us our room still wasn't ready. We waited until she went on break (about 10 min) and asked another front desk employee, who told us we could have checked in at 9 am. We do not rec this hotel. Stay somewhere else!!

Located right off I-25, it is easy to get to and from; the staff is helpful; great breakfast buffet so you can eat and get going quickly. We have stayed there five times in the past 3 years and will continue to do so.

I was not that impressed with the hotel. The pictures I viewed when I booked the hotel made the hotel look a lot newer and nicer than it actually is. Everything is very outdated. It wasn't horrible but it is defiantly not what I thought it would be. When I tried to get help from the front desk the woman was not very helpful and was kind of rude. Once I got the manager he was very helpful and he gave great service.

Service. Upon check in ants were in room and also in bed room was not switched bug spray was sprayed which left an odor spider webs were throughout the room with live spiders in them trash was left behind the dresser where cleaning the room was and had not been done properly just an overall nightmarish weak end for this trip at this hotel.

Front desk staff was always friendly, some more knowledgeable than others. Got our boarding passes printed by them quickly at exactly 24 hours prior to takeoff. Location is convenient to light rail stop so getting downtown is fast, simple, economical and safe. Housekeeping was poor, unfortunately. We had almost no toilet tissue when we checked in and long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. (I'm a blond, husband is a redhead.) On day two we returned to our room to find the long black hairs had moved, but still obvious. We were unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature (too cold) but found the bed covers to be suffiicient to keep us warm. Great pillows!

The hotel was very nice and contained many activities and facilities that were of little to no value to me and my party. Overall the hotel is very nice, is quiet and is kept well. I visit Denver twice a year and generally have stayed at the Four Points Hotel. My concern this time was the air conditioning which NEVER, during our eight days stay, worked. I asked repeatedly for something other than warm blowing air but it never materialized. Upon checkout, the attendant revealed that "there have been several complaints about this." Unless I can be sure of changes I will not go back again.

The staff was pleasant. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The workout facility was tremendous. Location was right next to the interstate with eating places and store accessibilty. Beds were a little uncomfortable and there was no refrigerator in the room for our drinks.

Everything was fine and the only item negative was the internet required the use of a cable not wireless. Hotel was well located and clean.

Upon arrival, we discovered urine stains on the toilet seat. When we turned down the bed to go to sleep, we discovered that sheets had not been changed from the previous overnight guests. There was hair and make-up on the sheets of one bed and shoe prints on the sheets of the other bed. We had to call room service to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. Additionally, we had to change rooms the second night because the heat wasn't working in the first room. After changing rooms and having no heat in the second room, we learned that the heating system worked fine. The hotel just chose not to turn the heat on until 11:00pm even though outside temperatures were near freezing each night. It took over an hour for the hot water to travel through the pipes to warm the air. We had to request a space heater for the room. When we expressed our discontent with our stay to the front desk manager, XXX, his only comment was, " I'm sorry." Overall, we were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the hotel, the lack of heat, and the lack of customer service. We will avoid this particular hotel in the future.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained and clean. I did not like the location, as it was pretty far from downtown Denver. The only place to eat breakfast was at the hotel restaurant, which was too expensive and mediocre. I'd stay there again, but definitely need a car.

The price and location. No freeWIFI and a bit dated. For the cost and with the location it was exactly what I needed for a quick trip to Denver!

For the cost of the room, this older hotel left much to be desired. Rooms were clean, but everything was dated including equipment. For the price, the room did not contain a room safe or mini bar. Upon check in we were give bar coupons for free drinks, but the bar was closed and never opened while we were there. Free continental brakfast was OK. I booked a Sheraton for their know quality and comfort, but was sadly disappointed.

We tried the online travel Flight-Hotel program for the first time on our recent trip from Sacramento to Denver. We stayed at the 4 Points/Sheraton Hotel and discovered it was a very nice, clean Hotel located along I-25 in Denver, Colorado. The one concern I had was there was some sort of a drag queen convention going on the Saturday night of our arrival and my date was extremely embarrassed but other then that it was a very nice experience. The Front Desk people were very helpful and gave us some good advice on dining places near the Hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
