I liked the area because it was right in Richmond; but they charged you for everything. Even to make a local call or for parking there was a charge ($10 a day). The 3 days I was there one of the elevators was down the whole time so they had only one working elevator. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is convenient located in Richmond, across the street from a mall, and surrounded by lots of good Asian restaurants. Front desk staff is pleasant. Lobby area is huge with live entertainment in the bar area right next to it. Pool area is fun for kids. Parking is free. Room is good sized and beds are comfortable. Would stay again.

Nothing. It was in the middle of China town, no other restaurant types, & elevator was broke, could not use stairs without sounding alarm. Someone should tell you that you are getting into the middle of China town. If you did not want to eat at that type of restaurant, you had no other options but McDonald, Both elevators were broke, they used the service elevator to assist with luggage. Tried walking down stairs, no exit without setting the alarms off. Did not like hotel.

Good place to stay; the one problem was the rooms were not for non-smokers. The smell was awful the next day after the effect of the air freshener they used wore off.

Close to highways and staff was friendly. Hotel charged $10/night for parking. No need to charge for parking, as there was plenty of space.

Close to the airport, staff was friendly, free airport shuttle. While the hotel was very nice and the staff friendly, food chooses were limited and on Friday night the restaurant has a dance so to eat there you had to spend a min. of $22.00 per person plus a 15% service charge even if you were not interested in the dance or the music.

Convenient to meetings. The room was in very bad shape. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lobby area nice, but did not meet Sheraton standards.

The hotel was okay. Your price for the room was poor. I could have done better on my own. I will not use your service again for this or any other hotel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to shopping & dinning areas; lots of variety of Chinese cuisines. The internet shown the room is 336 sq. Ft. But the room we have are small, even less than 200 sq. Ft. Good to have a security system that we need to swipe the guest room card to get access to the elevator. They have free shuttle services and free parking and internet available for guests, except no free breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. Do recommend friends to stay in this hotel.
