first no elevator for the long walk to the 2nd floor, no fridge in the room, 1 bottle of water in the room. we wnt to the bar for desert and they did not have any of the items that I wanted on the menu. I wound up having what my wife and son was having. I asked for a 4:00 am wakeup call and did not get it. I also asked for more towels and I had to go find them 3 hours later.

Bed was large and appeared clean. Ice machine was broken, hall door broken, and hallway smelled. Was not what I expected at any price.

I got an excellent rate, so I was pleased. The negatives, it is way out there by the airport, No complimentary breakfast, no fridge or microwave in the room, and best I could tell no elevator to the second flor. We were on the bottom floor. The positives, the hotel looked great inside and out. Must have been recently remodeled. The public areas were clean and so was the room. The room was non smoking, smelled frs\esh, new or nearly new carpet, linens and furnishings. The hotel has a restaruant, but we didn't use it. Room was very quiet even though it was at the airport. If you have a car, you are just about 5 minutes from I-44, and from there you can be inyplace in OKC within 30 minutes. Overall a good stay, and although it wouldn't be my first choice, for the price we paid, I would stay there again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I will FOR SURE BE BACK! Conveniently located 1 block from the airport with 24 shuttle service. The staff are great and made me feel welcome my entire stay. I didn't know what to expect upon arrival being and "airport hotel" and all, but evidentally the hotel has been newly renovated and it is EXCEPTIONAL for the price and location.

The hotel is nice, actually walking distance from the airport, but they provide a shuttle. I checked in late (10:30 p.m.) and checked out t 6 a.m., so I only met the front desk associated ([...]), who was very friendly.

Our stay was short. Employees were very accomodating. Took the shuttle 30 minutes after we called at the airport to come pick us up. Had to call them twice. Very nice hotel and would stay there again.

I was really surprised at how terrible this hotel is! It is the main hotel for the airport and a Sheraton, so I expected something better. The main thing that just blew me away was that the hotel has 2 floors and no elevator!!! We had to pull our 70 LBS suitcases up the stairs!

It was a great place to crash for some rest when our flight got in at midnight. Disappointed in no free breakfast or even coffee to help start the morning before our long drive to our final destination.

Great bathroom, well lit, good shower head, soft pillows. Room was very humid and stuffy, couldn't get it cooled down The hotel was nice, right at the airport. One long hall to get to all rooms, had to carry luggage for a long haul to get to our room. Room was nice looking, clean, but very hot, humid, and stuffy couldn't get it to cool down. Overall, an okay stay. Good staff.

On the grounds of the airport and two minutes form the terminal. Second floor only accessible by stairs; no elevator.

Inexpensive convenient. It was what I was looking for and what I expected. Everything was fine.

The room was comfortable and clean. Nothing special, but a good place to stay.

High speed internet. Remote did not work well, shower head too low, carpet old.

The option to leave our during our trip and shuttle to airport without cost. Restaurant was understaffed and unable to serve the people wanting to eat. This hotel is in close proximity to the OKC airport and provides a park and fly service with shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel was adequate and clean. We were unable to get served in the restaurant but drove to a nearby sports bar. This presented only a minor inconvenience.

Location. Is right next to the airport. The poor bartender had to take phone orders for room service and for bar patrons then deliver food to the rooms and pour drinks. Nice hotel. Desk clerk was a little too casual for my liking. She was sitting on the low counter when I walked in. However, she was very friendly and even remembered my name when I returned later, a nice touch.

Great location if you are coming in from the airport. Under remodel at the time of our stay and room should some wear and tear. Nice place to stay. No bells or whistles but if you need to be close to the airport then this is a great location.

Clean and quiet. Few cable channels. Wonderful! Clean and comfortable. I was slightly out of the way but it was quite and secluded.

Friendly greeting staff and very well appointed room. Friendly greeting from desk staff and clean well appointed hotel. Smelled wonderful upon entering hotel. Very pleasing decor. Room well appointed and amenities abounded. Bed was firm but luxurious feeling. Very pleased. Would stay again and have recommended hotel already. Did not eat in restaurant but smelled delicious and looked very romantic.

Location to airport was excellent. Restaurant staff were inattentive and more focused on personal than business. This hotel was as close to the Oklahoma city airport as one could be, the desk staff was friendly and straight up, the restaurant staff was absent when they should have been in attendance partly due to the fact the bar staff was also the wait staff for the dining room as well as room service thus they were not always in close proximity to the dining room. Perhaps if they hired another person to work in the dining area they would be able to provide better service in the dining area.
