It was overall great. We checked in around 12:30am with no problem, but our other party had to wait for us to get there becuase the room was under my name. The room was very clean and no noise could be heard from the room either. The only thing I was disapointed in was when we checked in I was never told I was going to be charged for each room for insdentals. I got the money back a few days later but it would have been nice to find that out upfront. But other than that, GREAT STAY!!

The buffet breakfast had an Omlette station! Despite leaving for 6 hours, our room was not made up. The hotel is easy to access. Staff was friendly and the rooms appointed nicely, with extra pillows. Cable TV, coffee bar, were nice touches. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The banquet facility was great and so was the food.

The hotel was in a location where there weren't many things to do in the area. My husband and I were traveling from Virginia to Boston to visit family and friends and we wanted to enjoy 1 night alone before we got back on the road. Upon entering the hotel room I was pleased with the decor. There were boating pictures above the bed and the curtains were also lovely. But when I opened the curtains to see the view from the 2nd floor, there was a view of a brick wall about 6 feet away. Of course I complained at the front desk and although the manager seemed frustrated with having to deal with my complaint, she did send me back to my room and assured me someone would come up and help me move my luggage to a better room. A housekeeper arrived 10 minutes later but she did not help us with our luggage. She handed me another set of room keys to a much better room on the 4th floor. The whole floor was better decorated than the 2nd floor and I did enjoy my stay. The shower head gave weak water and the hot water didn't last long. I had hoped to order breakfast in bed but the menu was too expensive and most things were ala carte and not enough of a variety of things to choose from. The ironing board that was provided for us in the room had a raggedy sheet for a covering with some type of folded foam underneath. It was quite embarrasing to use. I would come back to this hotel only if I could get an affordable price.

Convenient, clean, pleasant. Lots of walking to get to room. Expensive restaurant. The hotel is a pleasant place - clean and friendly if not overly attentive. Their restaurant is overpriced for a good attempt at high - class food that doesn't quite make it to that level. The quality is very good but not at the level they think it is.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were extremely nice. Not close to public transportation and not easy to get a taxi to and from hotel.

I had tried everywhere to get a room, as we were going to see the Jimmy Buffet Concert, and it was next to impossible. This hotel was great, firstly with the initial reservation, then with accomodating my request for an upgrade. They were so helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet was also great!

Location. Toilet did not work properly. We have stayed here before and like the 4 Points. As a senior citizen I don't appreciate being called by my first name without permission. It is disrespectful and I am not your friend.

Location. Staff was not attentive to our requests. Ok, the hotel is very nice but we needed help with out heat and no one came to help us out. I will stay there again because it might have been that one person and they may be gone next time I say. I really liked the hotel location and the hotel over all.
