this was a weekend getaway...the hotel was good for the [...] price, no complaints! However, there are better hotels in the area at a higher cost. We did enjoy the poolside movie...a good idea

Nothing. Everything. This hotel is not a 3star its old run down and bad internet.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definetly stay there again when in the Phoenix area.

While this does seem to be an older hotel (our room had a funky closet added-in?), the rooms appear to be recently redone and the beds are very comfortable. We visited with a group of people and found the pool and breakfast area great places to congregate. Breakfast food (comped if you are Starwood Preferred) was good and the room service to the pool excellent! Only downside was that the fitness facility was pretty sparse and you are located next to a big shopping center.

The hotel was fine, but the staff could have been more helpful.

I've stayed at this Four Points 5 times now, and can say it's a great value (in summer of course). It's kind of an older full-service hotel, built in the 60s I think, so if you look closely you can see some weathering - but the beds are *very* comfortable as mentioned elsewhere, and once in addition to the comped breakfast (as a starwood gold member) they gave me a drink ticket and free munchies in the lounge!

Everything was great. Enough said...

Clean, elevator, quiet. This hotel met our needs for a nights stay. I felt the staff was a little rude upon checking. It was obvious that they had some kind of a little joke going on between them which they found very funny and not real ready to answer questions for us.

Although the room was clean, the service prompt and friendly, the overall hotel was less than one would expect from a Sheraton property. Bare-bones facility, noisy rooms, non-working heating all added up to a sub-par stay.

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. The entire 4th floor smelled like a smoking factory, but the entire hotel is suppose to be nonsmoking. Breakfast hours (even room service) are poor for early business travelers. The service staff changed the radio station on the clock radio and turned off the alarm. I was to stay there again in two weeks and after my first night's stay changed my plans.

I like the swimming pool it's big. The location for restaurants is great. Most are walking distance.

Needs new furniture in lobby. Great business center with 4-5 computers available.

Very spacious and modern rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating.

We came for Thanksgiving weekend and found Four Points easy to find, nice and clean, with friendly staff. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the proximity to the freeway made getting around very easy. The only downside was that breakfast was not included.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Phoenix, this is absolutely the best so far. It's a little further from those I usually visit, but worth it - I will stay here again.

Location. Old anddirty elevator. Comfortable room - well equipped but rather grubby communal areas.

I have stayed here several times and out of all the hotels this one is still my favorite. We have never had a problem and the personnel are very friendly. The beds are the best and very very comfortable. The pool area is also very clean and nice. The location is good also.

Its been a long tim since I have stayed in this hotel, and let me tell you the improvements are amazing! The new carpet brings life to a once dead place. The beds are so comfortable I did not want to leave. The front desk staff was very accomodating and made sure I had a room close to the elevator.
