The rooms were great. From the outside it does not look very nice, but as soon as you walk in, you see the beautiful layout. Room as very nice overall with a good selection of features. The only problem I had was with the restaurant, which seemed ill prepared to handle any business for a Sunday morning rush. They offered a reasonible price breakfast, but we wait 20 minutes and even longer to see a waiter. We walked out at this point. Overall it is a great stay, just make sure you go ut to the many restaurants around to get your breakfast on the weekend.

My Husband and I were truly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. The Four Points Sheraton wasn't bery attractive from the outside but as we walked in to check in we were shocked. Thehotel was modern and very sophisticated. There was a flat panel TV in the waiting area with a marbled wall with a fireplace. The room decor was amazingly luxurious. The furniture was dark wood and the bed was very comfy. There was also a daybed/sofa in the room that was made the room have a asian feeling to it. The bathroom had granite sink area with lots of space. The checkin process was a breeze even though we arrived at hotel way too early for checkin but they were able to get a room for us. Overall we were so happy we booked this trip from Travel agency and that we stayed at Four Points Sheraton. We will definitely be back to Toronto again and would be happy to stay in Four Points again.

We booked this hotel last minute due to weather conditions. It was a great price and a good location (you can see the 401 from the room). The rooms are very up-to-date, modern, clean - the overall hotel was also very welcoming and updated. I would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed at this hotel because it was a good price and the rooms are amazing! They just renovated them, and I would expect a room like this in downtown Toronto not in Mississauga. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was a fun place to hang out! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice hotel, very affordable, having all that we needed and none of the extra stuff. Once or twice however, the room wasn't cleaned during my stay and there seemed to be issues with mgmt and communication. That said, I altogether LOVED my stay. The room was spacious with a flat screen TV and a microwave and FREE bottled water daily.

I came here with my family, and the hotel was gorgous. They just finished renovations so everything looks great. The staff was great and very accomodating. We will definately be back and we will tell everyone to come here instead of downtown Toronto where the rates are horrible and the rooms not as nice!Great job Four Points!

Could not open my room with the keys provided at 11 PM when we came back with kids! We used the swimming pool on the hotel. There were 6 or 7 unruly kids (ages approximately 13 to 18) creating a big scene on the pool. Their parents were having drinks and ignored the kids completely. The kids did not obey any signs. There were clearly marked signs not to dive on the pool. They were diving, screaming and making a whole bad scene on the pool. We called the reception and reported this. Nothing happened! We had to leave the pool because of that. Next day when we went to the pool the same 6 or 7 kids were there screaming and the same scene all over again. We did not even bother to go back to the pool during our stay again.

I stayed at this hotel with my soccer team and had a great time!! The rooms are amazing sooo modern and clean! The pool was a great feature as well as the fitness centre for us girls to go and relax after games. When you get off the elevator onto a floor...honestly your like WOW!! It is such a nice hotel and for the price it is a great value! It is very chic!! The restaurant is also great! The food is awesome and the bar area has a very cool decor! Highly recommend!!!!

The Four Points Sheraton was a very nice hotel, the elevator rides were fast and smooth. The hallways were clean and easily seen at night. The ice machine was easily acceptable and by the elevator so in a convenient location. The room was very nice and the bed was huge. The bathroom had a long counter and ample sink. The toilet was quite low. The shower had lots of pressure, although the tub squeaked as we stepped in it. We believe cause it was a plastic tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. The flat screen tv was very nice as was the desk and wi fi. Close to the go train in Missasauga. Pleasant stay.

It was quiet and clean and had a good gym. Location makes getting downtown difficult. The staff was accomodating when I needed a quiet room. I am very noise sensitive - they even notified me when a large group was going to be taking over the floor I was on and moved me to another room. The restaurant service was great and the food was fresh and well presented. The rooms are clean and well laid out.

I was appalled at the condition of this property. Our stay was unpleasant and the staff made little effort to extend an courtesy's to us in lieu of a operational hotel. I am not happy with the condition now or the way I was treated, therefore I will not be back, renovations or not.
