Free Internet access, and the speed is cool, too. AC is too noisy. Good for personal traveler, 3 star.

I've been here twice before. Nice hotel. Close enough to Midway to make it easy to catch early morning flights. Cheaper than the hotels in the Midway Inn area about a mile north.

It was very clean I was satisfied with the over all appearance. Nothing. It was very nice to stay at.

This was a very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant. The room was nicely decorated, and the bed was so comfortable. Our flight got in about 9:00am. We called the shuttle so we could drop off our bags. We were quite surprised when we were able to check in so early. We had the shuttle driver take us to the orange line at Midway so we could go downtown. Buy a visitors pass for unlimited public transportation. It is a bargain!

Walls too thin, easy to hear others in other rooms. Dead roses in vases in all lobby areas.

The hotel was everything and more than I expected. The rates were a bit high, but there is NOTHING in Chicago that isn't. We had a ride anywhere when we needed it, taxi available 24/7. I would stay again. No complaints at all.

The ambiance of the lobby area. The elevators but it is an historic hotel.

We drove from St. Louis with three kids and when we got there the staff bent over backwards to make sure our reservation was correct. We ate in the restaurant that afternoon and had a group of 9 people our waiter took excellent care of us and with 5 kids he was exceptional. I would definitely stay there again!

Close to place of work. Ugly part of town. Clean, well kept up property neat Midway airport. Great if you just need a place to sleep. Terrific staff. Restaurant was solid if ordinary. There is a pool, but it is next to the parking lot which isn't very attractive. Would have liked to have a fridge in the room.

The bed was wonderful. No continental breakfast included. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Near, but not too near, downtown Chicago. Front desk staff was a bit chilly. Restaurant was good. I will stay there next time I am in Chicago.

Location to Midway made it convenient for a short stay. Not as attractive as some of the newer hotels up the road.

Brand. Bathrooms need upgrade. The hotel has convinient shuttle service to the airport. The building is definitely showing age and the bathrooms need to be upgraded (wall paper and lighting fixtures).

The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was friendly. It was very basic with little amenities. if you are in the Chicago area and need to catch a flight, this is a decent enough hotel. If you want to do anything down town, however, get a hotel much closer.

No complimentary coffee outside room. I wasnever in a hotel/motel that didn't offer cpmplimentary coffee in the lobby. I don't like in room coffee makers

Easy in and out right near the Midway. The smell from the restaurant permeated the entire building; including the room. I expected it to be a bit nicer, but there were no real concerns. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable but there was an awful stench of food that filled the entire hotel and the common areas were a bit dirty. With that said, I would stay there again.

Friendly staff. Location, did not feel safe. Older hotel with a lot of fragrance used by the housekeeping staff to mask odors.

Nice room, friendly staff in restaurant and convenient to shopping. Hotel was fine no safety problems at all. The room was clean and had everything needed. It was quiet. The room was very well laid out for business with a conference table/desk etc. I would recommend it again. Beats the hassle factor of staying downtown.

Good location, computers in lobby, free shuttle to airport. Front desk gave incorrect information on phone charges. Internet didn't work for several hours. PBS Ch 11 not available. This hotel is acceptable. Rooms are decent size, and decor is ok. Nothing outstanding. A front desk personnel was below average. Got wrong information on phone charges. Manager was responsive to another complaint and did offer me a free breakfast. Rooms have free wireless internet although we had an outage. Frustrating to get response from service support. Just voice mail. Computers in lobby.

Friendliness. Very nice hotel with the convenience of a restaurant on site.
