The first day we arived they put us in a basement room that was small and damp. This was in the old part of the hotel. However when I told them that we also had reservations for two weeks later and we wished to cancil they did not give us a better room then, but they did two weeks later.

Pool looked cloudy and towels strewn everywhere in evening. Staff was very helpful and cordial.

Over 30 Dollars taxi ride into town and good distance from the airport but they do offer a free shuttle. We stayed here twice and although we paid the same for both nights we received 2 very different rooms. I first time the room was dark and small and the 2nd time it was bright and spacious, felt like a different hotel. Food and service was very good.

The employees at the front desk would not greet you even when you greeted them. The Hotel was very dirty. The hotel was cold. The drivers openly complained when other guest did not tip them.

Clerks not friendly. Seem to have added on an additional tower on the side for more rooms, but they are quite a walk from everything including food, vending, ice, etc. Parking is terrible! Adjacent restaurant is Uno's, but lousy service here too.

We had a really great experience with the hotel. We were allowed early check-in and late check-out. I've visited Boston many times and stayed in different hotels. Their rate was the overall best for this time of the year. The shuttle service provided was excellent. They had no problem taking us to the train station or picking us up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to visit there and use the same hotel next year!

Bad is comfortable. Location, facility is too old. Located in a run-down neighborhood, not much staff around here except a Uno pizza house, McDonald, and a strip mall. Facility is way too old (I guess it was built in 70s). Not a 4 star hotel I expected.

Great location, minutes from Boston. Excellent service and very comfortable.

The staff is helpful and hospitable, but the rooms weren't clean. The bathrooms did not have ventialition systems, which meant the paint was peeling off the ceiling and mold had accumulated (likely over a long period of time) in the showers. The bathroom shower was moldy and carmel (or some other sticky substance) was all over the desk to the room. They moved me promptly when asked, but the next room was not much cleaner. Breakfast buffet was very good (not included in cost of room). Room did not include mini fridge.

Its an Ok hotel, perfect to just stay and travel around, not the cleanest room´s, cleanliness is OK but not for picky people, and is close to Boston, but it still takes about 45 min to get there by the T. Good value, especially thinking that it 250 to 300 USD in any hotel in the city and this is 90 USD.

The front desk staff was awesome, the hotel easy to find. We heard the man in the next room snoring, and could hear the couple's conversation. Even though the walls were not sound proof, this hotel was convenient, very clean, and very comfortable, with a decent breakfast. I would recommend it.

my stay was the best. Excelent all around. Clean, Bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, dinning the best. Enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room. Worth every penny. Looked and felt expensive at a modrate price. A mirowave would have been nice in the room to like heat food up or pop popcorn etc. Yes i would stay at four points again .

We just flew in for a Red Sox game. Disappointed in the shuttle that was provided, not very timely.

Rooms were outdated.

The staff is terrible, no greetings, very impatient, don't feel welcomed. The hotel is kind of old. I have to push the down bottom all the time till the elevator comes up. If I go to boston area again and would like to stay near the airport, I'll stay with Comfort Inn nearby. Four Point is more expensive but that worth the money.

I like the fact that the hotel had a free shuttle every half hour to either the airport or Wonderland station, however I have never had such a bad experience with staff at a hotel like I did at this one. With the exception of a select few, they were rude and unfriendly. I think after a 5 night stay I probably saw a total of 1 smile; possibly. I actually was treated so rudely by one of the men that I left the hotel steaming! Other than that, prices are reasonable. Pool is small, but if you're not a big swimmer it's not a big deal.

This hotel fell short of my expectations in many ways. The lobby became a veritable wind tunnel whenever the door opened, the room turned out to be dimly lit with old furnishings, had a bad smell, and was incredibly noisy.

Our room (284) smelled very bad when we first walked in. There was residue in the a/c unit. The unit dripped all night. drip. drip. drip. It left a puddle on the floor. The bathroom was stinky too, with mildew in the shower. The carpet was yucky. We sprayed Lysol on everything. Yuck.

Great room to stay, within 5 miles from any activity in downtown Boston, and within 3 miles from any close restaurant. Hotel itself showed signs of tranquility even during the 4th of July weekend.

Excellent location. Hotel servedAM meals for breakfast / lunch & only Japanese for dinner. This hotel has friendly staff, excellent complimentary shuttle service to airport & subway. Rooms are super clean and best of all Free bottle water & beverage maker in each room. They also provide free internet service in the lobby where you can have boarding passes printed at no charge. USA Today is also provided at no charge.
