This was a nice room, the beds were very comfortable and clean. I really like the Four points new decor, very classy. The bathroom was quite small but nice.

Location to interstate. Complete shock it was part of the Sheraton hotels. A disaster. Keys don't work, weeds grown up, etc. It was made the same day we were going to stay, it wasn't a bargain due to the complete disrepair of Four Points Lexington. I've already written their home office to complain and would never stay there again. Everything is broken (elevator, shower, key swipe in doors, air conditioner, etc) so we were utterly disappointed with our stay.

We found this hotel to be very nice. We were worried because the price tag was a bit low, but were amazed! The hotel room was very clean and spacious. (It passed this forensic scientist's thorough exam...) Clean sheets and clean bathroom. Hotel staff was very friendly. Cons: The hallway carpets are quite dirty/stained. We did see that they cleaned the 1st floor hallway while we visited, but the stains remained. The rooms were much nicer than the hallways. Another con was the pool. Do not expect to swim in the pool unless it's summer. The pool is 1/2 indoors, 1/2 outdoors with some loosely constructed metal plates separating the two. (So, no heat in the pool water, only the pool "room"). Our little ones venutred in for a short time, only to exit with blue lips. Another con would be that they don't offer a complimentary breakfast, but for the price, that can be overlooked. (McDonald's, Subway, Shell Station, Waffle House and CrackerBarrel in same lot). This hotel is very close to the Kentucky Horse Park.

Our stay at the 4 Points was OK to Good. The lobby was very clean and well kept. The reception was friendly and helpful. However the side entrance was dirty, leaking water from the overhang or downspout and lots of bird feathers. Just inside the door the carpet was dirty. There were spots on the carpet in the hallways. The rooms were Good to Better. They were clean and the maid service was excellent. Plenty of amenities. The bathroom was starting to see wear and tear. We were there very little of the time as we attended a conference during the day and then visited another location for sale items from the conference. We did use the pool and it is unique in that it is an indoor and outdoor pool. However they did not keep a stock of towels in the pool area for swimmers. We would stay there again for this conference next year due to its price, its location to the Kentucky Horse Park and local eating establishments.

Housekeeping sucked and was slow but other than that this hotel was great.

Lots of pillows on the bed! Bathroom electric outlet location meant that the coffee pot cord did not reach very well at all and was in the way. We had 2 lights out, one in the bathroom and the other in the floor lamp. Also, the remote to theTV was not to be found; however, another was quickly brought to us after we called the front desk.

I have stayed at other hotels off this interstate exit, and this hotel is my favorite. The rooms have been updated, the lobby is attractive, and the staff is very friendly. I was also very happy that I didn't hear noise from other rooms or the hall. I am particular about how quiet it is at a hotel since most of my travels are business-related.

Do not go to this hotel if your planning to swim. The pool is freezing and the area around it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The windows around the pool are covered in lime deposits.

We chose it primarily for the location - RIGHT off the expressway. No complaints, I feel it was a very good value and would stay there again. The healthclub is open 24 hours, which is nice.

Location was good. Filthy hallway carpets, no breakfast, pool area was gross.

My husband and I were recent guests of this hotel and were so surprised to find the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service at the restaurant were second to none. It was very refreshing to find such a great hotel at an affordable price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Came to Lexington to attend the races at Keeneland. This hotel was so very easy to find and so close to all of the attractions. The staff was wonderful to the children and they loved the pool area.

I had a wonderful time and the rooms are beautiful, but with paying that type of price it would seem to have breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room. Our room (which was a king-size, non-smoking) had an odor of smoke. The room finishes (wallpaper, paint, flooring) had very noticeable wear. Very few amenities in the room.

Booked room during the Thanksgiving holiday. Decent hotel, but with a surprise - when we checked out; we were charged $**for bringing our pet along with us. Nowhere on the web site was this stipulation found. We stayed three nights and our rate climbed from $** to excess of $** per night. Nice way to ruin an otherwise enjoyable weekend.

Nice hotel, in a perfect location. Stayed here several years ago and they have renovated this hotel nicely. I am glad to see the Sheraton bedding, I slept like a log. I was not feeling well and decided to eat in the hotel, which I never do, and it turned out to be great. Fantastic value for what I paid. Will definately use this property again.

Everything from the hotel staff to the rooms were great. It's clean, updated and easy access to the interstate. The only drawback was the minimal choices for nearby restaurants (about 10 minute drive to mall area). If you don't mind that short drive, it's well worth the stay. Highly recommend it!

I don't know about other people- but when i stay at Hotel i look for Quality. First words when i arrived: WOW (well i guess thats just one :) )- the lobby is gorgeous! The food at their restaurant was great! The room was very comfortable. Loved the whole modern look (one thing i llike about Sheratons). The staff was great- friendly and helpful! And I love their Southern Accents! Very Cute! :) Summary: I haven't been to a lot of hotels (usually go to the cheaper ones - (Super 8, Motel 6, etc...). Overall, based on my experience including the price, service and room I would totally refer this hotel to my family and friends. Hope this review helps you out when traveling to Lexington!

The hotel was completely booked, and though we had prepaid for 2 nights through Travel agent, the day shift front desk workers had given away our room to walk-ins. The person on duty was wonderful and tried to help us out, but two of the three rooms he gave us a key to were not cleaned yet by housekeeping service (this was midnight), and the third was already occupied. The day shift front desk and housekeeping didn't really do their jobs well. Ultimately he found us a room at another hotel. Very frustrating experience. (The hotel he sent us to was great. That's where we'll stay next time.)
