Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel/room was clean. Cleaning staff pounding on the door waking us to see if they could clean our room at 8 am.

I stayed at the hotel the weekend of the Feb 7th, 2009. Reception was very friendly, Room was clean, modern. Great bath products. The beds were incredible, fluffy pillows, nice sheets= great night sleep! The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. The hotel has a bar/restaurant, coffee cart, and breakfast area. In addition there are nearby shops and restaurants. But a major plus for wintertimes is the 10 minute ride to Wachusett Mountain for a great day of snowboarding! A beautiful hotel that compares to the best.

Hotel is old and the rooms are very tired. Old, beaten furniture, worn and broken bathroom fixtures, mildew on shower walls, broken closet door, poor wireless internet service. And to top it all off, breakfast is NOT included in the premium room rate. A poor value and a poor choice.

Manager was very helpful in changing the booking. Stuck me in a 1st floor until with a twin & couch! This hotel is showing it's age in the rooms that I entered and room that I eventually was given by the manager.

Not many choices in this area, my son goes to school in nearby Rindge NH. I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time was pleasant. It's staff are not the friendliest but they are accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Wonderful fluffly bed pillows! Pool and whirlpool were beautiful as well. Easy access from road system. Nearby restaurants were minimal and no snack shop in the hotel but restaurant was good. Would recommend this hotel.

Loud rude teenagers in the halls and music blasting from nearby rooms. Vending machines out of product and ate money. Lights out on pathway.

Very clean room, very comfortable bedding, good restaurant-bar in hotel. Bathtub body was too narrow and shower head was on the long wall, made me feel off-balanced, but very clean. I was extremely pleased with the hotel. My only complaints were the bathtub was too narrow and the shower head was on the long wall, so if I stood facing the shower head, my toes and heels were on the up curve of the bottom of the tub. I felt very off balance. Could be dangerous for someone with a balance issue. But a positive aspect of the bath was the removable, good water pressure, shower head. Loved the simple thing of a free bottle of water. Wonderful comfortable bed, something I usually never find in a decent hotel. The bed was actually the selling point for me when booking the hotel. Loved the decent restaurant-bar in the hotel.

The price I was able to get the room forcleanliness of the Facilities. Check in time was quite late for my needs. 3 PM, was tough. Good site for conferences.

Location. Lots of little things needed attention - phone, mattress, etc. Not as nice this time as in the past. Lots of little things needed attention in the room and on the floor: phone between the beds did not work; mattress had fallen through the bed frame; coffee-maker but no coffee set-up in the room; only one plastic cup (double room); ice maker out-of-order; very limited selection Sunday Brunch although menu items were fine.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms weren't sound proof, you could hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, all the neccesities were available. Iron/board, hairdryer, cable with movie channels and payperview, internet, indoor pool, restaurant, room service. You could hear everyones doors opening and closing in other rooms, the running water, toilets showers and TV's from the other rooms.

Friendly staff. Too many things broken, some bulbs in elevator and lobby not working either. It just seemed like there were so many things that didn't work. In first room, the toilet was running loudly and continuously - I didn't unpack and just went to the front desk for a different room. Instead the staff said they could have engineering look at it. I was exhausted and just wanted to get settled so I once again asked for a different room. I was given and stayed in a second room, but the coffee-maker didn't work, the ice-machine on our floor was out-of-order, and the beds were ridiculously soft and uncomfortable.

Close to skiing. Manager did not comply w ith rules of pool area. he opted to deviate from written hotel policy as to spa rules. Couldn't get my money back to leave, as a result my son and I could not use the spa facilities. Room was not cleaned very well after first night.

The lobby was spacious, staff was friendly. Floor in the pool area was very slippery. The hotel was very clean, new and spacious. The restaurant in the hotel was a little expensive. The pool area was open, clean and relaxing.

Convenient, clean, comfortable best in area. The staff was courteous and friendly. Beautifully decorated for the Holidays. One drawback was that the front desk staff did not know the holiday hours of the hotel restaurant that caused us some anxiety. Checking with the dining staff and got my answer. The room was fantastic! very comfortable beds and bathroom was spacious and clean. We will definitly stay again.

The beds were comfortable andthe pool was nice. The staff was not helpful, front desk who checked me in seemed bothered to have to check me in.
