Staff was very efficient and courteous. We had to change rooms as we were above the pool and the room was shaking from people running and jumping off the diving board. Our room was changed immediately, helpful staff to transfer our luggage and also a wonderful maintenance man to change light bulbs. minutes after we called down Understand the hotel is being refurbished.

Nice smallish town on the water. Good short harbor cruises and interesting restaurants.

Balcony excellent view. Provided balcony, no chairs...no shower cap, also could have had sink outside bathroom when renovating..rooms needed some upgrade. The hotel was in an ideal spot...within walking distance to restaurants, pubs and the water. Close to City Hall, we enjoyed the markets set up both days we were there. Shopping all close by.

Beautiful room with really comfortable beds & plush linens & pillows. Everything you need is taken care of, and the location is right in the downtown/waterfront area.

Service. They really made an effort. You can tell the staff is well trained. We had to pay, as guests, to park in the hotel's parking. Insulting! Great location, fast, convenient, easy, everything you need. Good rooms, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, no hassles.

Many hotels are great hotels these days. The Shearton Four Points in Kingston, ON Canda is a great exception. It is a treasure on so many levels and a joy to indulge oneself. The Staff is exceptional! Professional, resourceful, accomodating and friendly. I really have not experienced anything like it lately and I travel extensively! You have to stay to believe it. You will defintely enjoy your stay here.

Friendly receptionist- clean facilities-good location. It is good to have refrigerator in the room, welcoming basket, shower cap and toothpaste in the washroom and movie is expensive. In general the hotel has clean facilities, a good location and comfortable room.

The room was very costly Parking fee is also extra.

The low hassle check out and the ability to use your room card for both vending machines and the parking garage - this meant no searching for change! The hotel restaurant closed very early, 11pm on a Friday night and room service was not available after this time either. Very nice place to stay on a budget when traveling for business or pleasure. Its central location means that you are within walking distance of the water, Queens University, shopping and very nice restaurants. The only drawback is that the hotel restaurant, which also delivers room service, closes very early.

The room was large and comfortable, so was the bathroom. Staff was great. Restaurant had very ""nouveau"" cuisine.

Staff was very friendly. It was very poor decor, aged and not in any way upscale. While the staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel was no better than an economy option. The decor in the public spaces (lobby and halls) was no better than an old-age home. The beds were comfortable but the furniture and bath reminded me of a holiday Inn - an old one. I expected much nicer accommodations and amenities for the price, seeing as it was the most expensive hotel in the area.

Location, cleanliness. Not willing to book a block of rooms for team travel. Good hotel, good location, plenty of restaurants nearby, clean, quick & professional service.

Comfortable rooms, great views. Room service was very poor. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had mixed reviews. The hotel itself had great accommodations, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The underground parking garage was having issues reading room cards to let people in and out, and that was an inconvenience. The room service was less than stellar as well. I enjoyed my stay overall.

It was clean, staff was friendly. Parking was awful and hotel was far too expensive. Clean, nice hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and the check in was simple for a small town hotel. There was no form of express check in, so during peak periods a long wait to check in could be expected. The parking was hard to find, expensive and cramped. It was difficult to find a temporary parking spot just to check in. The lack of temporary parking almost caused me to go to a different hotel altogether. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean; however, it is far too expensive. The price is indicative of the Sheraton name but is not indicative of what you will receive from a hotel. I recommend going to a different hotel, you'll get the same thing for less money.

Excellent rooms, very clean & comfortable, free internet. A bit awkward to get to from the highway. Excellent overall, have stayed here twice and was impressed both times.

Location, Comfy bed, very clean, good value on parking. Nothing, the hotel met my expectations. Checked-in midday, friendly service gave me a king bed, didn't use any hotel amenities as we were very tired. Bed had very nice duvet, and complimentary water but I think that¿s because we were Star wood Preferred Guests.

Room were large and very comfortable. We loved the pillows and the mattress. Much like I have a home. We slept beautifully. Air conditioning quiet. We had to paid $7 dollars a day to park. Electronic parking with room key didn't always work. Great hotel close to the water. Within walking distance were every kind of dining experience you would want to have: German, Italian, Greek, Japanese, and tex-mex. Afternoon walking was just great. We took in the lake at a sidewalk cafe and had wonderful food and wine. Stores were a treat like Cooks. We indulged in chocolate and then found a great shoe store and came home with some great deals on Maine Trotters (Which are now made in Brazil). Seemed like a European city with all kinds of languages being spoken. The hotel was really wonderful and we are planning on coming back for our yearly Christmas overnight.

Very helpful when we had a problem. I felt the beds were not firm enough. It was very comfortable and fresh and clean, and very conveniently located in the water front area of Kingston.

Sheraton always makes you feel like a good customer and is always very gracious and attentive. We were traveling with small children and felt we had to be quiet (which is sometimes hard with little kids!) Four Points Sheraton is located in the quaint town of Kingston, and only a short walk to the waterfront where you can enjoy the beautiful view and walk around town as well. The hotel is very well kept and the staff professional and helpful as would be expected from a Sheraton.
