The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included and additional buffet was only $5 per person. Only complaint is some noise from busy highway close to hotel. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were excellent, the beds were very comfortable. One of the reasons we picked to hotel was because all reviews we read stated that the beds were very comfortable and they were. There were lots of familys with children there, but there was plenty of security to settle them down. The Irish pub was AMAZING! Food, Drink and Music-it was our favorite of all (the food was the best). The prices were great and we had a good, restful vacation.

Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel at the start of September 2008. The staff was friendly, food was great in the restaurant. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool. The temperture was perfect and it was maintained wonderfully. Our room was awesome - A suite with a refrigerator and microwave.

This hotel was wonderful. The only problem was that the room I was given had a sliding back door that opened into the indoor pool area. This was OK except that the echo from the kids in the pool was sort of loud in the room. Get a room that does not open up into the pool area.

Large room, good location. Old, not friendly or attentive to needs.

Nice Hotel located a few miles from Hershey Park. The Hotel and staff were very warm and friendly. The rooms where clean and the maid staff very professional. Double queen beds were a hit with me and my daughter. The pool was also clean and maintained. Lots of local stores for convenience.

**** DO NOT BOOK WITH ORBITZ*** This was a terrific hotel to stay at. It had excellent staff who were very pleasant and helpful. It had a pool and workout area which were very nice and clean. The rooms were nice and standard, they were clean and had good housekeeping. The only thing I did not care for was the climate control system. They did not have A/C heat option, just thermostat that did not heat or cool the room that much. Other than that the price was very good and the hotel was very nice. **** DO NOT BOOK WITH ORBITZ**** You will get a MUCH cheaper rate with the hotel if you book directly. I found this out AFTER I checked out. The hotel explained by directly booking with them I could have saved $40.00 The hotel gave me the rate break down. So save some money and book directly !!!!

Well our Labor Day weekend trip started great until we arrived at this hotel. We checked in and found they had placed us in a smoking room which was not what we expected as we are non-smokers. When booking this reservation the web site did not offer an option for requesting non smoking rooms. We were told by the receptionist that when you deal with the internet travel site "you always get the worst accomodations available." "You get the rooms no one else wants". This location is long overdue for a makeover. When 4 people are saying in a room 2 towels per day does not cut it. The beds were comfortable but being shuffled to three different rooms in 3 days was not what I call a quality stay buy no means. We've booked with this internet site before but this place was terrible. Never coming back here!

We stayed in a room overlooking the lobby/dining area (room 326). The room itself was clean, had a microwave and small frig, and was comfortable. However, located in the lobby/dining area was a grand piano that wasn't locked when not in use, so children could be heard banging on the keys til around 11pm, which was very annoying. Also, the air conditioner began roaring loudly late the 2nd night whenever it was running, so sleeping was almost impossible. We complained about it upon check out, but because we had booked through Travel website, they would not adjust our bill. After all of this, I would not mind staying at that hotel again, but I would request a room away from the lobby.

my husband and i were visiting hershey for a rv show, so we stayed at this sheraton, which was easy to find, located near many fast food stops, and very clean. the restaurant in the hotel is expensive, but the continental breakfast is great! our favorite experience was sleeping in such wonderful beds! great linens, great room temp, and no hotel noise! we would most likely return.

This is an older hotel that looks a little tired. but our bathroom was recently renovated and we had great beds. So this is a good place to stay. Our room was overlooking the inner, enclosed court above the lobby rather than facing the outdoors. There was no way to know this when reserving through online travel website: it might be a problem for some people.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The 2 queen bedrooms had plenty of room for 4 people. Hershey is only about 10 minutes away. If I was going to Hershey again, this is the place I would choose to stay at.

Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed/pillows very comfortable. We could not find the ice machines, the in-room information said they would be beside the elevators, but they weren't. My daughter and I stayed here while attending a convention in Harrisburg. The hotel was very attractive, clean, and comfortable. The pool was very clean, well-heated. We had a great time!

The lobby/atrium area of the hotel looks very fresh and modern, but once you head down the hallways toward the rooms, the carpeting is very old and stained. Our room was fairly clean, aside from more stained carpeting. The room was a nice size, and the bed was fairly comfortable, but the bathroom was pretty small. The wireless internet was easy to access.

We stayed at the 4 Points Sheraton in Harrisburg. It was a large spacious Hotel with a great pool and had free internet for guests. The Pub on the premises T.Brenden O'Reillys was designed by the Guiness Beer People, it was beautifully decorated and had great food with an awesome kids menu. We stayed in a 2 queen room, it had a big bathroom and we weren't crowded at all. There are video games on the TV that you rent by the hour, but if it rains, it is worth the money to keep the kids occupied. Overall, we would go back, it had comfy beds, nice clean and quiet rooms. There is an Omlet station/breakfast buffet in the lobby area. Also there is a visitor computer kiosk near the front desk to help you find your way around town and things to do in Harrisburg that was very helpful. We had a very nice stay.

The Four Points Sheraton was simply gorgeous. The room's light colors was a change from the dark colors you normaly get from other hotels. The grounds were nicely kept and the atrium in the lobby was exquiste. The bathroom was emmaculate and soothing. The price and convience of being 15 minutes from Hershey made it a plus. Thank you Sheraton for making my stay a memorable one.
