Location. Over priced for the services and level of comfort. Overall, I would rate this hotel poorly. Comfort level low, no restaraunt, no pool, etc. Too pricey for what was offered. Could have stayed at a nearby hotel offering food, pool, lounge, etc. for the same price.

This was a beautiful hotel located right in the heart of everything, with large and very clean rooms. Staff was amazing and even came into the parking garage to help us park our trailer. No restaurant in the hotel itself, but in the adjoining shopping mall. Was catered to dinner/drinks, more of a cocktail lounge. Very expensive for breakfast. Staff did recommend a lovely place down the road for breakfast though. Everything very close by and everyone very friendly!

The Four Points Sheraton in Halifax was terrific. The staff went above and beyond to help us when luggage was delayed. The location of the hotel is convenient to the harbour and also to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were on the business floor which offered a 24 hr. lounge, a nice breakfast with fresh coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, a computer workstation, flat screen t.v., fireplace, and comfy chairs. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. We were able to access the hotel by the Airporter Bus and it worked out well. There was no need for a rental car and the concierge took care of all our tourism needs. This gets a 10 in my book.

Excellent location, staff was excellent. No fan in bathroom; it became very steamy while showering. Excellent stay, will definitely stay again.

The stay was flawless. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is currently construction across the street which has closed one lane in front of the hotel but I couldn't hear any noise. Great location on the harbour and an easy walking distance to all the sites. Fantastic beds and a great local coffee house with home baking across the street.

The hot tub was being maintained so was not available. The pool was small but nice and warm, a great place to float and relax. The ventillation system is noisy, even with the fan turned off making it difficult to sleep. I did not try the restaurant, but it looked spacious and inviting. It is in a good location, withing walking distance to attractions uptown. Parking is ample and easy to access.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - one of the best rooms we have ever had. We found nothing negative about this hotel. Modern, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and affordable. We would definitely return. We appreciated little extras, such as complimentary bottled water and a fridge.

Location. Bed. Hotel lobby was very nice, but the hallway to the room did not seem as clean as it could be. Bathroom was very nice. The bed left a little to be desired. Sheets did not seem crisp.

Location was great. Restaurant was a lounge, loud and in the mall, not in the hotel. Convenient location. Reasonable priced. Rooms updated but small. Staff friendly. Restaurant not in hotel but out in mall and more of a club with loud music. Sought good restaurants outside the hotel close by though. Would stay again.
