A littel out of date needs to be updated with new carpet,bedings, and bathrooms. Not your normal Sheraton.

Upon check in I immediately noticed large amounts of hair on the bathroom floor, toilet seat and in one of the two beds. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. After complaining to the on duty manager they changed my room. Although there was not hair on the floor, the room was dirty and very dusty. I could see the layers of dust on the furniture and T.V. I chose this hotel because of the name and thought it would be a safe bet. What I got was a run down, poorly maintained motels style room. Dissappointed!!!!!!!!

The grounds were impeccable; the room was comfortable. Slow housekeeping service. 1. When we checked in, the staff assigned us to a room already in use. 2. It was cold out, and we asked for an extra blanket. It took an hour for the hotel to deliver the blanket to us. 3. The heater was stuck on cold and needed to be fixed. 4. Besides this, the room was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

I was at the Four Points for business travel and found it to be a good hotel with older rooms and facilities. The hotel is located in an area that is not good for after dark exploration. The buildings are old and look the part. The hotel does not have an elevator for access to the second floor. The rooms are large with nice beds, furniture, TV and appointments. The bathrooms are large but the fixtures and tubs need updating. The fitness facility was nice with lots of windows for sun light. Good older hotel in not the best location. If the price was better, it would be great.

Very nice, large room with every amenity. Awesome bed and well-kept room. I've never found a Four Points by Sheraton with an elevator so wasn't surprised. There are several different buildings to the hotel, but with California weather, it wasn't an issue to walk outside. Security wasn't an issue as the pass key was required to enter any of the buildings. Restaurant was very nice.

The rooms are what you would expect: clean, impersonal, non- descript. In every respect, good or bad, it doesn't provide any surprises. The hotel is conventiently located when you journey througth the city, checkin and out was fast, easy and friendly. A bonus is the hotel pool - its rather big and nicely located in the yard.

Cleanliness, quiet, friendly staff. Pool area is very nicely kept as are grounds. Despite weather of 100 degrees, pool was too cold. Also, umbrellas or more shade areas with lounging, comfortable chairs would be a welcome addition. A very comfortable, well kept hotel. Friendly staff, available parking and a nice pool area.

I stayed three nights this past week at this hotel and expected more than I got. Sheraton is a nicer hotel chain but this particular property was OLD, dirty, and didn't even have elevators for the 2nd floor rooms! My room was fairly dirty when I checked-in and I chose not to visit the on-site restaurant, preferring to dine off the property for my meals. For the price I paid, I expected a LOT more and do not plan on returning to this particular hotel.

This was a nice hotel, the room was comfortable and very stylish. The beds were new and we slept well. The only downside was it was a bit noisy. You could hear much of went on in the hallway.

Lots of greenery/birds chipring in the morning. Long black hair on sheets, windows dirty, toilet ran all night long. Bad smell in room probably a mildew/smoker combo odor. Staff unable/unwilling to refund due to early departure to another hotel. No breakfast included. Too expensive for what was delivered.

The room and bed were very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The location is in a part of town that doesn't appear completely safe. The hotel itself was mildly dated but very well maintained. It was the weekend thus very quiet. The front desk check in was easy and fast. They also accommodated our request for a ground floor room and then made every effort to not put anyone above us. All the employees were friendly yet not intrusive in any way. The room was very comfortably appointed and had a pleasant clean hotel type fragrance.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the lobby is clean and alway smells great. Have stayed at this hotel once or twice. The beds are GREAT! The lobby is somewhat plain and myTV was unplugged in my room.

Reception staff were great, as a single female traveler I felt very safe. Great location, easy to find, excellent rooms and short drive to the airport.
