Good location. Within minutes of good attractions. Lack ofTV channel choices. Overall a very good hotel within a short driving distance to many of St Louis's attractions.

"A smoky room, thin walls made every noise heard with little privacy and no comlimentray breakfast put a damper on this hotel. Hotel could probably improve these issues, not much better choices in the area, nice location."

The location, near restaurants, etc. Noise from wedding reception. This hotel is ideal for wedding receptions and conferences, not so much for families.

My wife and I stayed there before a Cards game. Food/entertainment close by. Would reccomend

The hotel staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk greeted guests by name. Very clean hotel with exceptional staff. This hotel is designed for conventions, with onsite hosting facilities.

Location, quietness, cleanliness and facilities. Would have been nicer if the room had a microwave & fridge and wish they had offered free hot coffee at all times of the day. The front desk clerk at the time of our check in was extremely courteous & friendly. The room we chose was pretty generic but very clean and comfortable. Didn't have time to use the facilities but appreciated the fact that they were available to us. Didn't have a problem with noise at all. Excellent bargain!

The staff was very helpful and outwardly friendly, to a person, not just at check in, everyone. The property meets all expectations the staff is noticeably better at making guests feel welcome, extending a level of hospitality not evident in most places today, and I'm a seasoned road warrior so I am qualified to compare. These folks get it and should be recognized as being a cut above. In the restaurant is a pearl without price makes everyone feel like they are an honored guest in her home. The Manager was also visible and working right along with the staff.

Bed. Carpet was filthy, hot tub was broken, can't watch your own movie TV as it was locked out. Hotel not clean on rooms, I payed for the room I should be able to watch a movie that I bring on portable device.

The cleanliness and convenience to dining and shopping. Inevitable distance to parking. Very fresh and clean within a convenient distance to dining and shopping. Excellent alternative to St. Louis when traveling.

Great bed, very comfortable, great location. Breakfast was expensive so we ate somewhere else. Excellent Hotel with a great location central to shopping and easy access to St. Louis attractions. Very clean, comfortable beds, very polite staff.

Looked to be fairly new. Excellent hotel & service. This hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The whole hotel smelled good, actually. Loved the apple pie scent as you walk in. The front desk workers were excellent. They offered information voluntarily about the Redbird Express as well as info about area events. Monica from the front desk called shortly after we made it to the room to make sure we were satisfied with our room. Hotel was about 15 minutes to Busch Stadium. I would happily stay there again!

The staff greeted us by name. We felt very welcome. Extremely nice hotel, with conference center attached. Quiet area of Fairview Heights. Close to mall and shops. Lot's of name restaurants close by. Fifteen minutes from downtown St. Louis. Very friendly staff, who are there to please. Great value.

Nothing. The pool was very cloudy and too cold to swim in. It was a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel. It was our worst hotel experience for the money to date.

Warm cookies at check in. Really nice lounge and restaurant. Feather pillows were hard to sleep on. This was a great little hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff. It has an unusual little restaurant and lounge with reasonably priced beverages and food. The food we had was surprisingly good and the service was great. The rooms had enough space, but were cozy and everything was quiet.

Willing to put a microwave and small fridge in room. The people were very friendly. Willing to put in a small fridge & microwave for us. We asked for scrambled eggs and toast to go the next morning and they gave us eggs, toast, and hashbrowns at no extra charge. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.
