The room was average, the pool noisy and crowded (although the kids loved it) and we could hear the traffic noise, but staff was very helpful. My 81 year old father broke a tooth, but a nearby dentist was booked the next morning for us quickly and efficiently. Concierge went out of his way to help us with ground transport and restaurant recommendations. Good location. Free internet a plus, particularly after paying $19 a day in NYC.

This hotel is pleasant and has a nice ambiance. Nice place to meet a love-one for a romantic weekend. Staff polite and eager to please. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room service was great. Bed was sooooo comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel via a airline package deal thru Orbitz. I had a job interview downtown and this hotel seemed to be a good choice given its proximity and closeness to the Metro. The hotel met my expectations. It has a good location for downtown 'touristy' explorations. Restaurants nearby are abundant. The lobby was clean, the rooms were decent size, clean, and quiet. I did not use the pool or gym so I cannot comment. Nice enough I would stay here again and bring the family. A good choice.

The staff was incredible helpful and accommodating. The service and staff at Four Points Sheraton are extremely helpful and accommodating.

In the beginning I had the hotel change the linen because it was slightly soiled but from that moment forth the service was very good and personable. The staff was very professional and accommodating from House Keeping to the in-house Restaurant. Great location for public transportation.

It was exactly the type of hotel we needed. Nice, clean rooms, good location (not far from metro stations, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the National Mall)

Good location and friendly staff. This hotel was great for our budget. Nice accommodations and great staff.

Where to begin - small room, even smaller bathroom, no towels in the pool area and after calling for towels, 1/2 hour later had to take the elevator to our room dripping wet. Restaurant VERY slow service, not worth the price. The room iron damaged clothing, though staff did fix issue. On the plus side - good location, nice staff

Great experience. However, the air conditioner did not work too well and the valet parking is overpriced.

Location. Had to use cord for internet. No wireless in rooms. Good place. I'd stay there again.

My wife and I are often able to book affordable weekend getaways by staying at business hotels such as this one. They are usually located in convenient downtown areas and since they generally cater to Monday through Friday business travelers, rates are lowered for weekend travelers. Not much in the way of perks but clean, up to date and free wireless internet access make it the best way for people to travel on a budget. I find hotel rooms to often be dry to the point of arid and this hotel was no exception. I've traveled with a small humidifier in the past for just this purpose. With airlines charging for even one checked bag, (no fault of the hotel, just a gripe about airlines)this is an impractical solution. Other wise, this hotel was a great value in a great location.

Location is great - Just five blocks to the White House and then from there the possibilities were endless. Lots of deli/lunch type places during that walk so we picked up lunches there. The Hard Rock Cafe was a short walk away for a fun dinner, as well as Macy's and other department stores for shopping. The Metro station was only 3 blocks away. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We did not use the restaurant - a little too pricey and fancy for our purposes. Small gift shop with mostly postcards and trinkets.

Much nicer than I expected for what I paid, great convient location. Parking was difficult. Extremely nice hotel within a few blocks of the convention center, and walking distance to the mall. Great rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

In Washington DC we stayed 3 nights with a two-night break. The hotel is conveniently located (5 min. walk) to Macy's if you enjoy shopping and 10 min. distance from the Metro Central station. The bed is very comfortable, but the room was quite small. As we didn't stay in the room, it was OK. The front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful. The hotel has valet parking for $. When we arrived the parking was full so we used a nearby parking that was cheaper. Starting 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. you may park for free on nearby streets parking places. We didn't have problems finding an open space. The hotel has pool and meeting room but we didn't use. The breakfast is served at a restaurant located in the hotel at the first level. You also have nearby restaurants were you can eat. However, the prices vary from reasonable to expensive.

Good location to travel from to local sights and to visit with friends who live in DC.

Maybe it was our room. The hotel, itself, seemed nice, great location and safe. I was traveling with children so a safe area was a must and that it was. Our room was a complete disaster, good view though. The bathtub/shower was broken, mildew smell and one of the beds was broken. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. This was our first time to DC and the people and city itself were all fabulous. The management wasn't too excited about a refund but in the end they did give one and all was well. (for the record I would have rather paid than deal with the headache of complaints) I'm not one to demand anything or even complain but it seemed as if we ended up in the disaster room. Parking here is expensive but worth it! Great restaurants all around and plenty to do.

the room was very small. The previous tenant was a smoker and the room stank. The hotel was too far away from the major attractions.

Friendliness of the staff! Waiters eating the breakfast buffet before the paying guest.
