Every aspect of this hotel is hit or miss. The staff is inconsistent. Checking in we had a "trainee" who apparently needs a lot more training she was very rude and seemed to be bothered by our presence. The 2nd person we dealt with, when we had a problem with our room and asked for a new room after the 1st night, was the complete opposite; she was terrific, very helpful and professional!! The rooms are inconsistent. The first room we had, we had a lumpy soft bed and AC that didn't work. The 2nd room we had the bed was better and the AC at least functioning and controllable. What was consistent? Very small, somewhat dirty rooms, tiny bathrooms with no ventilation whatsoever (don't take a hot shower; everything gets wet!), flat pillows, sheets that don't fit the bed and rickety old elevators. Although the furniture has been recently updated, the entire place feels like a motel from the 70s. For the price we paid for it, I would not stay there again!

Great location to downtown area. Everything else. The walls were incredibly thin; we could hear everything going on in other rooms and the hallway. The bathroom was small and unattractive. The pool was empty. The TV only had a few channels and they didn't all have sound. In my opinion, the hotel did not measure up to the rating or cost.

The room was small but the amenities were ok. The real problem was that neither the bathroom sink nor the bathtub would drain. This meant showers were taken in standing water and cleaning the sink after brushing teeth or shaving. Even though we complained nothing was really down about the problems. The maintenance people did pour something down the sink but then never checked back to see if it solved the problem. It wasnt terrible I just expected better from a Sheraton. The employees were very nice and the room was clean but who needs these problems on a romantic getaway?

Rooms were just rennovated. Great amenities, wonderful bed, flat screen tv. Free Wifi and office printing. Free parking. Would recommend for business or pleasure.

Friendly staff. You could hear people in the bathroom next door very clearly brushing teeth and going to the bathroom. Very clean and friendly with great location.

We chose Four Points in Asheville to get away for the weekend and spend a little quality time together. This was a perfect location for us. The hotel is beautiful and very clean! The staff is very friendly and they have a great fitness room and pool. We were in walking distance to downtown Asheville where we found great restaurants and live music venues. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only problem we incountered is the noise. We could hear people walking up and down the halls, in their rooms and out at the pool. I suppose this is an issue with most hotels. We will certainly stay again!

Great location, walking distance to everything in AVL. Small bathroom. Good staff. Great location. 30 seconds from the highway, 5 minute walk to downtown, nice restaurant on hand.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The location was within walking distance to great dining, bars, and shopping. However, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable with a terrible roll to the center and it was impossible to wash your face in the bathroom sink due to the design of the faucet. The cost for what should have been a continental breakfast was $10! The nightly rate for the room far exceeded the amenities.

The staff was very friendly and even let me borrow a jacket because all the stores were closed and it was a chilly night.

Picked this hotel because of easy walking distance to downtown resturants and shopping. Would stay again.

The location was well within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and shopping too. But a little close to the highway. People besides myself seem to have trouble using the ice machine. It tells you to insert your card but not that you need to leave in to get ice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local information.

Accommodating staff andgood breakfast. The bed comforter was way too hot to use, but I was then cold without it.

I was seeing a show at the Orange Peel and wanted a nice place that was within walking distance. This was perfect. I could walk to all parts of downtown, including the Orange Peel. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property. The hotel was a little dated physically, but all together an above average place, worth the money.

Close to downtown, we walked to dinner every night. Nice Location. They will charge you for every little thing. Great Location. Friendly service. No complimentary breakfast and there aren't many breakfast places around the hotel.

The hotel was nice and close to downtown Asheville. It was only a short walk to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The rooms have been redone recently and are nice, but not very large. There is a steakhouse on premise and a bar. The food was good and the bar staff friendly.

Very nice accommodations and the restaurant was very good. We were very impressed with the accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The motel has a large parking lot.

Stayed 3 nights at hotel. For two of the mornings there was no hot water. Staff said it was a broken coupling on the water heater.
