It's very nice hotel with a very nice location and small rooms with a comfort bed and good staff but it's small lobby and reception I will stay in again and I will advise it for my friends.

We had a lovely stay and the view of the harbour was spectacular. The room was woderful and everything was within walking distance. We would recomend this place for a very comfortable stay.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is located in Sydney's central business district, next to Darling Harbor and the Sydney Aquarium. It is also only a few blocks away from the train station and the Queen Victoria building. It's a perfect location for business or pleasure. My only regret was that it did not have free internet access. The building does have both wired and wireless internet access, but the daily rate seemed too expensive for my tastes.

Hotel resources are very supportive to accommodate all our needs. Public transportation except taxi is not very convenient. Do not have longer term stay program. The hotel is very good value for money for traveler staying for business purposes 1-3 days stay. Not very suitable for family with children. Also, did not provide any discount for staying more than 7 days.

We had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton darling Harbour, the staff were excellent, the room was great and Darling Harbour is the best place to experience Sydney. We had 3 fun filled days.

It was our wedding anniversary weekend. The hotel was so good we hardly left it. We used there restaurants and lounge. The surroundings were so good it helped us have no choice but to have an absolutely fantastic time.

The location of the hotel is great with just a short walk to the many attractions of Darling Harbour. The hotel is very clean and the room is excellent for its price. The bay view to the Darlington Harbour is just amazing. The only small issue we had was that one of the concierge staff didn't have much to offer in terms of how to get to the Sydney Opera House from the hotel other than by taxi. We had a sensational time and will come back again.

Very very basic, I would have thought a bit more for this hotel.. We had very unconfortable beds. Apart from that, was clean, and the location is fantastic or getting to Darling Harbour, there is a walkway directly from the hotel. Make sure you put up your "do not disturb" cards on the door if you like to sleep in, otherwise housekeeping will be knocking on your door at 9am.. Everyone on our floor found that out quite quickly!!
