The people were very nice and helpful. The room was small but clean and nice, and the hotel is one block from the Reading Market, which was our destination. It was also about a 20 min. walk from the Art Museum.

I attended a professional conference, while I was there. My stay would be more enjoyable, if there was no noise. My room located next to cleaning supply room and elevator. Therefore, I head noises most of the time. Compare to previous trips, I enjoyed staying at this hotel for its clean environment.

The bathroom (particularly the shower) was very nice. Also having a flat screen TV was an unexpected amenity. The only trouble we had was requesting a cab from the front desk- it was not there when we came down and we finally hailed our own after waiting 15 minutes. Very nice rooms. Flat screen TV, walk-in glass shower, faux wood flooring. Great location right next to the convention center and within walking distance of historic sights, South street, and the best restaurants downtown.

The bed was excellent. Rooms are very small, but tasteful and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bartender in the restaurant was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. This hotel is essentially for business travelers, and does not offer the amenities that leisure travelers, or people with kids, might be looking for. The rooms are very small and the view is abysmal, but the rooms & bathrooms are clean and the beds are tremendously comfortable. My partner and I were treated very poorly in the restaurant by a young bartender, seemingly because we were not wearing suits.I would not recommend this hotel for a vacation stay in Philly, despite the location. There a much hipper, friendlier places to stay.

We have family in a local hospital, so we didn't check in until late, and left early, but everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I only wish they had queen beds instead of double beds since there were three of us. We needed extra towels and they were delivered within minutes. Very nice.

It was very clean and comfortable. Guests had to evacuate the hotel but were not told to come back in when it was safe.

Located in downtown Center City near everything. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Upon entering the room, it's temperature was warm. Clean bathroom, spotless bed sheets and a beautiful flat screen T.V. The bar was also a nice touch for hotel patrons.
