It is a new, comfortable, well located, and a great staff. Room service salad had wire in it. Salad was removed from bill. If I have the chance to stay at this Four Points again, I will. I will also try other Four Points.

It was quiet and nice. A little out of the way. Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Hot Apple cider smell in the lobby was very nice!

Brand new and spacious. Next to highway. Friendly staff, convenient to get to Quebec downtown and proximity to highway. It was very quiet.

Location is way out of town. Way too remote, no coffee shop only fancy restaurant and $30 cab ride to get there from the train.

Best in luxury. A little expensive, did not include continental breakfast. This hotel was good with comfort, but was little expensive.

Big spacious rooms, friendly staff. Room service ended at 10pm. Should be extended for a city that has a lot of tourism. Was very pleased with the spacious hotel rooms. Bathrooms were very clean, large and nicely outfitted with marble sink. Room was clean and service was great!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable. Restaurant closed early. The hotel was well located and clean. The room was good size and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very comfortable - lovely room, very helpful staff, good restaurant, very enjoyable entertainment and the large (Jacuzzi) pool. Great place! A bit hard to find while coming in from Maine. Great place to base a stay in Quebec - very clean and comfortable with a wonderfully helpful staff. It has a pleasant restaurant with good food and most enjoyable dinner entertainment. The heated pool is actually a Jacuzzi pool - also very pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
