The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful.

I liked the easy check in and check out and the friendliness of the staff. Overall, our stay was nice and close to many restaurants and stores and also close to historical sites.

They have made nice updates to the hotel. Breakfast was AWESOME!! Room was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient to main Hwy's. Kids loved the pool and computer in the lobby. Parking is an issue. Small lot with more parking in lot across the road. But that is the only problem we had. We will stay again next year when we return to Gettysburg!

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel & its the reason I keep comming back and recommending to my friends. Its clean, comfortable and always very friendly staff.

It was a place to sleep after a long drive. Poor parkkng area, noisy neighbors could be heard through walls. This hotel is in a difficult location, parking is inadequate, the bathroom small with no water pressure for either shower or toilet. Walls were thin so hallway and other room noises were easily heard. Breakfast was a joke. We have already decided that on our returm trip we will not stay at this hotel.

I have stayed here for months, and since november 06 the hotel has gone down quickly. The "newly" remodeled rooms are awful!! They have an awful odor to them, the decor can actually make you have motion sickness with all the different lines going in different directions. The bathrooms are OLD, moldy and dirty. Housekeeping does not clean well, found ashes in the bed linen and trash left in the room. There is constant construction ( laying carpet @ 11pm). They do have a breakfast bar in the morning and a pool. No dining facilities.

Location was great - right off the interstate. Breakfast area was way too cramped and congested.

Very friendly staff and nice setting -- be sure to ask for a room overlooking the little creek rather than the road. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

Convenient and accommodating. Phone and wireless did not work in my room - this part was inconvenient. Clean and convenient hotel with little thrills or frills. Good place to get a good nights rest.

The restaurant/bar is torn down and the pool was under repair. What a huge dissappointment.

It was clean, friendly, I brought my daughter and family over they provided extra towels for swimming and the room good people. The exercise room could have been much better. I enjoyed my stay. It was located no more than 10 minutes from my daughters home. The king bed was very large and comfortable for my husband to sleep in. This was so much better than staying at her families home as we have previous. You could relax more and the room was nicely sized not small. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Everything in sight was always clean and well kept.

"While the facility isn't bad, it's important to note this is literally right next to I-81 south, a location that in most places would be appropriate for a gas station. Makes sitting around doing anything in the motel - which is a more appropriate title - rather difficult. Rates reflect this, but be warned."

The breakfast is outstanding. The staffs are not very professional. It took me 3 calls request a hair-dryer. The lady in front desk wasn't very friendly. The communication between the hotel staff is not working very well. We came back to the room and the room was not done at all at 11:00 p.m., after talked to the front desk, the man gave us another room key to get the amenities we need and welcome us to stay that room, but next day crew did not read the memo, and scared my kids to death to ask them out of the room. After talked to the front desk lady, she was not sorry for the whole incident AT ALL. I did request to talk to the manager but he was not there. Until now, three days later, we still haven't receive any phone call from the manager, nor the hotel. Hotel itself is nice, but the staff is different story, I will not recommend this one to any of my friend, nor the family.

Excellent breakfast best free breakfast anywhere. Huge work station/desk in front of air condition. Very nice hotel with small stream flowing through common area. Eggs and bacon/sausage and a waffle maker all included in free breakfast. Very convenient location off interstate. Very close to Gettysburg at half the price of Gettysburg hotels.

The deluxe continental breakfast was fabulous and having coffee available in the lobby was most appreciated. We had a wonderful time and the staff was very courteous and professional. Thank you for making our visit so very nice and enjoyable.

Location in relationship to my destination. No hot water in the shower. Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, clean and neat. Good for business stay.

Nice breakfast - room was clean and nice. Bathroom was disgusting - grout was full of black mold, tile broken in places. The room and hotel lobby (breakfast) were nice. Room is spacious, nicely furnished. Lobby breakfast was especially nice for continental. The bathroom needed either a good cleaning or updating. The shower was full of black mold in the grout and pieces of tile were broken. The shower head was placed way too low - I am 5'6" and had to bend over - my husband who is 6' was very uncomfortable.

Friendly front desk staff. Shower was broken and there was no restaurant/lounge. For a Sheraton which I think of as a high end hotel, I was very disappointed in this one. First, there was no restaurant or lounge. Apparently it had been torn down as there was a large construction site right next to the hotel with lots of debris and rubble which I assumed to be what was left of the restaurant. Secondly, I felt the room was very small and cramped for the large king-size bed and huge desk that was in the room. The use of striped wallpaper accentuated this feeling. Then the shower hose was broken when we went to take a shower and it took most of the morning for someone to fix it. When we complained a second time that it had been over an hour since someone said they were coming to fix it right away were given a very snippy response that there was over a dozen things that had to be taken care of that morning, and we were on the list; however, I must say the bed was quite comfortable, and the front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful also in recommending a place to eat. All in all I was, however, disappointed with this stay, and I would not go back to that hotel.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast area was nice. The construction going on at the hotel was terrible. The hotel is in transition due to construction and needs a lot more work. Several entrances did not work, the rooms still need improvement and there was a "bad smell" in the halls.
