This was hot Bakersfield, but the air conditioning, remodel with current amenities was excellent. Only issue was the heavy footed person above us during the late PM hours.

"Excellent large comfortable rooms. Great service, very nice exercise room. Draw back is no breakfast included. Business travelers have to make an extra stop. I stay here however each time I am in Bakersfield!"

I do alot of traveling and I usually dont stay at Sheratons, but i was glad that I did. The staff was very friendly. I actually had to wait for the clerk to finally appear, but when she did she was very courteous and warm. The hotel is totally secure with buildings needing a key for entrance. When I entered my room I was very surprised. The decorum was superior and very modern. Flat screen TV, huge comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a extremely modern feel to it. My room faced the courtyard which gave it a additonal feeling or being on a island resport. The hotel is close to freeways, grocery stores and restaurants. I will make it a point to stay here again.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with a large flat screen TV. There was not a frig in the room. Coffee in the room and at the lobby with a nice choice of fruit, Muffins, hot cereal. The room was large clean and didn't have any smell as some rooms do. Everything worked.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are well kept and pieceful as the location is away from Hwy 99... you don't hear a lot of traffic noise. Though the travel website does state that a complimentary contental breakfast is servced seven days a week, the only item that was complimentary was coffee... they do not serve a continental breakfast. It is likely that we will stay there again.

Location. Hotel room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was dirty. They gave me previously smoked in room although I requested non smoking but they would not change to a different room. The bath tub was not very clean, it had mold in the corners of the tub.

"We stayed only 1 night, but were impressed with our ""deluxe"" room, which appeared to have been redecorated recently with new linens, new carpet, flat screen TV. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The pool area was nice and the grounds are clean and well maintained."

"Great Costumer service, great room and confortable beds. But the connected rooms have no privacy from each other, you can even hear the people when they are whispering in the other room. If the neighbor desides to talk instead of sleep, you are going to stay awake too, like what happened to me, I could only sleep for about 3hrs that whole night. Also they can use a bigger TV, the one we got was like a 19""."
