I had a guarenteed reservation, but arrived late because of flight delays and they were oversold and did not have any rooms. It was 2:00 AM. They took me to another hotel, but the agony and frustration overshadowed everything else.

Convenient for my office, very clean, bed was comfortable, room service was fast and the food was excellent. The lighting in the room - terrible. However, it was raining the day I checked in. The front entrance was slippery and there was no designated parking for check-in. Room service was fast and precise. The food was excellent and creative. I did find it confusing to get into the entrance of the hotel. A better placed sign would be helpful. I found the entrance dwarfed by the parking lot sign.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was quite far from the room. Staff was friendly and provided a jumpt to my van. It was no hassle for them and they were patient with me, even though I was upset that I could figure out how to turn off the car alarm once battey was jumped. We solved the problem after about 45 minutes and they were quite patient with the whole ordeal

For long term parking needs this hotel offers a $30 flat rate parking pass for their hotel parking lot for up to 30 or more days. Combined with the free on-call shuttle only 5 minutes from the airport it is a great value. The hotel was nice although we were only there for a few hours before our early flight. The only problem we encountered was the confusing entrance from the airport road, and having to walk like what seemed a 1/4 mile from the lobby to our room.

The hotel Manager was very attentive to our needs. Resturant and lounge area gave great service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was fine, Shuttle service was good. Would stay there again.

Four Points by Sheraton BWI Airport greeted me with a smile and helped with my accomodations and well as all the bags. The room was absolutely perfect for us. Super comfortable beds and pillows, the bathroom was truly a surprise with lovely small shampoo, conditioner,soap and fluffy towels. We ordered room service just before it was going to close (12M). I asked if this was a problem, they said no problem at all, and it arrived so quickly. It was a pure treat to have Double crab cakes dinner and 2 fantastic desserts after our long flight from the mid-west. We will definitely be staying there again

The ambience was quite nice It was too far away from the other hotels I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was super friendly and the food was good. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great.

This hotel is located literally in the middle of Baltimore-Washington International Airport, which couldn't have been more convenient for our very early morning flight. The room was so comfortable though, that we hated to leave (but we did).

Clean, comfortable, free bottle of water and coffee; free parking. Hard to get to. A very nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. Convenient to BWI airport. Kind of hard to get to.

The hotel was very close to the BWI airport, which is why we stayed there in the first place. (We had an early morning flight the next day.) But, we were very surprised with the upkeep, staff, and overall quality of the hotel--as well as the fact that we were able to leave our car in the parking lot and catch the hotel shuttle to and from the hotel--at no extra charge! Is this a great country or what ! What's more, the hotel restaurant where we ate the evening before our flight was close to fine dining--at a Four Points Sheraton. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely return.

Very comfortable beds; HD flat-screen TV was nice. You need to know BWI airport somewhat to locate hotel. Overall very nice. Room service was great, everything looked and felt clean, comfortable, and professional. Also quiet, which I like.
