We were always out at our families home, we had a nice time in Canada.

The staff was friendly, the room nice. The pool looked awful and small. The hotel was okay, old but recently updated. Room service was as promised. The staff very friendly and tried to be helpful.

The room we rented had two beds, a sofa sleeper, and lots of other furniture in the small 19'X15'. It was good and deep, but it wasn't wide enough, so things seemed cramped. The room was clean. The restaurant was over priced and the food was ok. The staff didn't seem to be too prepared to have customers dining in. Since the weather was very bitter cold, we deceided to eat in twice, hoping the second time would be better, it wasn't. If we got to Toronto again, I don't think we will stay here because of the restaurant issue.

OUR 8 YEAR OLD GRANDSON FROM CHICAGO PLAYED IN A HOCKEY TOURNAMENT IN MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO. THE HOTEL WAS WITHIN 20 MILES TO ALL 5 ICE RINKS THAT HE PLAYED. tHIS HOTEL IS VERY QUIET, AND A PLEASE TO GO BACK TO AFTER SPENDING ALL DAY AND EVENING WITH SO MANY 8 YEAR OLD BOYS.

Close to major highway easy access to all major routes. Abit run down, tiles missing in bathroom ceiling, some room service trays and garbage left in hallway. Overall a nice hotel, staffwasfriendly, room service was fast and food was great. Close access to all major highways and close to airport.

comfortable beds, rooms look nice, bathrooms are in a real need for upgrading, bath faucets must be original - at least 15-20 years old, no bathroom fan, so lots of steam, overall hotel needs some touchup, otherwise had a nice stay, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the gratis shuttle to and from the airport was an very nice bonus. The food at the restaurant that I had was plentiful, mostly good and a good value for the price. I did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the work out facilities but it is always nice when they are included in the price of the room.

Close proximity to the airport. High speed internet access was very hard to get onto, didn't work. This is a fairly nice hotel.

We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. We just wanted a place to stay for the weekend. It is a nice clean hotel and we had no problems. The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. The room is comfortable, location is close to the airport. My husband and I have no complaints!

The Four Points Sheraton Toronto Airport West is an old Quality Inn that has been poorly renovated and is not up to the usual Four Points standard. The room was small and the bathroom was in poor condition. We arrived too late and left too early to try the restaurant, so we can not comment on the food or quality of service. The reception staff was excellent and very helpful, but they could hardly make up for the very average building. On my next visit to Toronto I would pick a hotel which is closer to the airport terminals.

Clean and quiet. The restaurant had very limited hours and there is not much near by (walking dist.) to eat at. It was ok, a little bit of a ride from the airport but the price was good. Hotel staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. The hours at the restaurant were limited, i.e. mealtime stopped at 11:00 am on a Saturday and they did not serve lunch? Very limited restaurants with in walking distance. The shuttle was small and could not take enough bags so we had to get a ride with family and put some bags on the shuttle. (We had 4 bags and a stroller). Over all the stay was fine but could be improved by better hours at the restaurant and a bigger shuttle.

Pool was warm, fairly large room. Showing alot of wear. Nothing to look at, right beside a busy road in an industrial area. Can barely understand the broken English of most staff although they were nice enough. Room was clean but horrible colours and showing a lot of wear. Hotel appears to be a dump that has been slapped with a cheap upgrade to push it just barely into 4 Points range.

Clean and pleasant stay. I liked the stay because of cleanliness of facility and friendliness of staff. I would recommend a Four Points Sheraton which is almost same service and free internet and free parking and breakfast included. That's just me personally.

Easy to get to,friendly and knowledgeable staff, good resturant and workout facilities. Rooms are well laid out for both business and liesure.
