The decor. It was a new facility with modern decor. The pillows were divine. We really didn't use any of the facilities nor even look for them so can't comment on them.

I was informed that I would not receive points from Sheritan because I went online to book. The customer service people that I called (one was a supervisor) were rude, had a lack of understanding and could care less about my statement that I would not use sheritan again. I am in hotels most weeks numerous days a month. The hilton chain, Mariott, etc. permits me to book on online, etc. and I get points, and the perks. I'm very disappointed that Sheritan would treat customers this way, especially with the concern that they cannot fill rooms. I'm discontinuing using any sheritan hotel in the future. Also, the counter person was not helpful, not understanding.

our family of 7 took a mini vacation and i will say this is a very nice hotel it is very new and so clean the staff were so friendly and so helpfull. they were nice enough to set us up in a room that had a door between so we can have the teens in one room . the beds are so comfy i could stay there all day and just relax. i will highly recommend this hotel to many of our friends and in the future we will be returning. its a bit away from old town but if you have your own tranportation it is fine and many place to eat nearby --driving distance> across walking distance they had a walgreens for the kids and us to go get some snacks!! i will say we had a very great time at the hotel and very quiet.

When confronted with a $144 a night rate, the desk clerk suggested we try orbitz using the CPU in the lobby. We did and the rate went to $80 a night. It took a couple of minutes for the reservation to hit their system and we checked in at almost half off.

The staff was friendly and professional. In the hotel restaurant I had breakfast with my kids, and it was delicious. The dining area was just right, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

I am an avid business traveler and have experienced many hotels. While this facility is new, I experienced many little headaches that led to a poor stay. The in-room entertainment system was not working during my visit and I could not access the wireless internet from either my room or the lobby. I am a software engineer, so it was not a user issue.....I tried on two laptops to make sure. The water cut off three times while I was in the shower. The staff checking in were pleasant, but the desk clerk that checked us out was talking on the phone while we were settling our account. Not impressed with this one!!

The staff was professional and friendly. We enjoyed the proximity to the city of Sacramento as well as the airport. Easily located. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The bed was quite comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion for improvement would be the ability to make the room darker at night.

Convenient for what I needed. No free continental breakfast, instead $8. Hotel was clean and convenient to highway and to airport. Staff was professional and friendly Even Super 8 has free OJ and rolls and coffee in the morning. The hotel isn't a Doubletree.

The room's work desk was excellent. Strange interior furniture design/layout. Remote control didnt work from easy chair. Coffee pot location inconvenient. New, modern, clean, friendly hotel. Excellent working space in room for computer and papers. Convenient to freeway.

As two ladies, we were both impressed with the room which was well decorated, new, and very clean. There is a large desk for business travelers and a large flat screen TV on the wall. Our room had a coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and comfortable beds. The room was roomy and safe feeling. We asked for a wake up call and it came on time. We were on the third floor and it was nice and quiet. One thing that didn't please me is the bathroom fan and light are motion activated. The switch turned on in the middle of the night and woke me up. Had to get up and turn it off. I asked when I check in about breakfast and was told they serve one near the lobby, but we didn't find out until morning that it was $ each for continental and $$ for full breakfast which seemed to offset the economy of our room booked through AARP travel. My experience at other hotels has been breakfast is free. This hotel is very near I 5 and the ARCO arena which may mean around the time of events there is a lot of traffic, but this was not the case when I stayed. It is in sight of the freeway access and quite easy to get to the airport. I would definately recommend this hotel. I didn't rate the staff as excellent; only because we did not require any service out of the ordinary. They met all normal expectations.

Just stayed a night waiting for my group. Super clean hotel with a wonderful staff. The rooms were comfy! The ONLY negative was the construction of a strip mall in the attached parking lot and a lot of undeveloped area around it. I would imagine the strip mall will be done fairly quickly and this problem will be gone. Couldn't beat the price! Would stay there again even with construction, just would have liked to know it was happening.

The shuttle to the airport was very efficient. The decor of the room was trendy contemporary and a little weird. The trendy contemporary decor of our room was weird. The armoire setup in place of a closet was oddly designed and arranged. The coffee maker was tucked inside a drawer and would have been extremely cumbersome to actually use. The ice bucket and tumblers also were hidden inside a drawer. I actually like to use these things, but didn't bother here. The closet rod came out at an awkward angle and was not easy to use. The look was good if you like the style, but it was not functional. Although the location was convenient, the hotel was hard to find for this out-of-towner. Once there, the staff was very accommodating and the shuttle to the airport worked very well.

For the price this was a very "bare bones" hotel. Our first night there the electricity went off - not the city grid mind you - just in the hotel. From then on our air conditioning unit never worked properly and although we reported it it was never fixed. That was of course our major complaint, but in addition we were disappointed that there was no mini fridge (that cost extra) they provided very few toiletries and did not replace those we did use; they only provided styrafoam cups for the coffee maker; there were no towel racks near the shower; the bathroom door had no lock and they did not provide a dresser - there were no drawers anywhere. On the plus side, it was clean enough, the bed was comfortable and it had a good HD TV set but they would have to lower the price by a lot to get me to stay there again.

The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. The staff, the front desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. The pool and the Jacuzzi were closed for no apparent reason other than seasonal, but the weather was moderate. Overall, this hotel was very nice and I would stay in it again. I even added another room for additional family members at the last minute and the front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delivered almost an hour later than I had ordered, which was disappointing. Overall, good experience.

I usually use a different hotel chain. My biggest problem with this establishment was the fact I showed up and the receptionist said OK your Prepaid room from orbitz is ready! Ok.. No problems, Then I noticed my bank account was charged twice for the same room! I don't know who's fault it is but Imagine telling a 5 year lod girl that you cant take her to the Zoo because someone at the hotel screwed up and daddy has no travel money left!!!! FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE YOU LOOSE MORE CUSTOMERS!!!!

Nice looking room. Beds were uncomfortable. Nice hotel and rooms, flat screen TV a major plus, overall cleanliness is very good, service is great, and it was a very good value for the price.
