The man at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. However when we got to the room one of the beds wasn't fully made yet...

Price, cleanliness, internet accessible, location. Had to pay for parking. Excellent value for the money, very nice hotel and convenient to the airport.

I guess if you really need a hotel close to the airport and you're on a tight budget, this hotel will do. But, I was travelling for business and just trying to be good with my budget on my first trip of a new job. It's not especially clean. Not horribly filthy, but not as clean as it should be. It's been redecorated but fixtures, heating, etc all old. It's C O L D and they've already been up here to look at my heater. They have a 'pantry' with limited choices but no vending machines. Without a restaurant, they should have all the machines they can. As a woman traveling, it is nice the parking lot is secure (have to go through a gate) but the room doors stick and you have to be really careful or they don't close either. THAT doesn't make me feel secure! The staff was responsive and good, tho. I called about the heater and about broken blinds and they were up here in a jiffy.

We were "lost" trying to find the hotel (relied too much on our GPS) and when I called the hotel, the front desk clerk gave me directions and stayed on the line with me until I reached the hotel. We did, however, have to wait 1.5 hours until a room with two double beds/non-smoking was available (housekeeping couldn't clean them fast enough). The room was clean and we had a great view of the cityscape. Using the airport shuttle, we were able to get back and forth to downtown Philadelphia via the train. This hotel was a great option to staying in a downtown hotel, as long as you have 1-1.5 hours to commute. I would stay here again and recommend it to family/friends.

I stayed at this hotel to visit philadelphia and sorrounding states, the convinience of having the hotel near the airport was the main reason to pick this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however when our room was clean the towels were not replace and the soap and others were not replace. Paying for the parking was also and incovinience, I had to validate my parking so that it was charge to my room. Need to have more choices in the menu for their restaurants. Above all I think my stay at this hotel was average.

Friendliest staff - truly! The Sheraton Four Points Hotel has the friendliest staff! Truly. Everyone on every shift had a smile on their face and was warm and attentive. From the man who had to fix the AC unit in my room to the waitress in the restaurant and the front desk team too. It was a great stay - thanks to them.

Nice place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Convenient to the Stadium. No food or drink available until 5 p.m., but the food at dinner and at breakfast was good.

We stayed here for a getaway weekend with our friends. Although it was at the airport it was quiet. The rooms were excellent and at a good price. The pool and the indoor pool at the Sheritan Suites across the street were excellent. It was a short drive to the main part of the city and we had no problems.

Location. Noisy neighbors. Nice hotel & quick to get to from the airport. Thin walls - noisy neighbors for awhile.

Room was ok, staff was uninformed. They gave me the wrong room # and floor when I checked in. Resteraunt was slow and food was horrible. There were soda bottles under the bed and stains on one of the beds. Overall, not a great experience

I spent very little time in the hotel but the services I made use of were all to my satisfaction.

Staff is very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was great! First night we were in a room next to the elevator-hard to sleep. Avoid staying in a room next to the elevator! We were moved to another room for our subsequent nights and it made all the difference in the world. Very clean hotel! The restaurant here and the one across the street at the Sheraton Suites were the best hotel food I have ever had!

I found the 4 points hotel to be a very pleasant experience. The shuttle comes by the airport every 20 mins. I waited only 10 min. Hotel not even 5 minutes from airport. Check in was a breeze, hotel staff were all friendly with smiles and helpful! The room was clean and decorated with friendly blues and pale yellows. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.I asked for 4 more pillows and more towels and the staff were all smiles and sent my order quickly to my room. The area was safe and the grounds were clean and well landscaped. The only thing I would say about the room that I would change, is to move both full size beds down further away from the entrance and bathroom. Could hear some plumbing down the wall in that corner. There is dead space on the side by the window. Move the beds down and open up that space by the door and put in a chair and it would be more spacious and have more walking room. Can hear some noise coming from under the door .Great stay, would stay again! Thank-You

The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were comfortable. The only thing we didn't care for was the fact that there is only one restaurant close by that the shuttle takes you to. If you have a car, you'll be fine but the hotel food was VERY expensive. Good but expensive. Great hotel for the price!

Renovations are definitely great! Great buy for the money. However, hotel front desk clerks are not as informed as they should be. There is no onsite laundry facility as the inroom hotel literature states and when I called the front desk they gave me the runaround until finally an informed clerk told me the laundry is no longer available and was removed when they renovated. There is no heated indoor pool and you can use the facilities at the Sheraton Suites which is located across the parking lot. Again no clerk gave this information to us upon check in.

This place has a nice friendly atmosphere, the people working there were extremely nice, the hotel was updated and clean. They have a bar that's open for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. Overall it was a great experience.
