The hotel has great amenities and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The AC had blown out in the dining room the night before, so that room was very hot (it was the end of June), but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I did find the hot water not quite as hot as I'd have liked it in the shower. Overall, however, those glitches didn't really affect my experience too much.

Beautifully appointed rooms & extremely helpful pleasant staff! Nothing. A great place to stay! The staff bent over back wards to make my stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Unfortunatly the hotel was not full but they decided to put us right in between three rooms that were being renovated or used for construction storage. At 7 am they started working, banging around tools and everything else that would make noise. I asked the front desk why they would put us there when the hotel was not full and the answer was I don't know. I asked what he thought they should do to make up for what had occured. I was offered dinner. Not good enough for ruining my first night on vacation.

We were very happy with this hotel. Close to restaurants and the mall. No staff available to keep guests in line in the pool. Kids were running around at 10pm in the pool with no supervisor.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Manchester over a weekend. The staff were extremely friendly in both the lobby and the restaurant. The staff even helped me print my boarding pass for my return flight. The room was fine, and the shower was excellent.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before a few years ago, and the first experience was positive. First of all, we were placed in a smoking room, enen though we had requested a non-smoking one. After much negotiating, we were finally moved, but only three rooms down the hall. Because I thought I was familiar with the ammenities from our prior experience, I unwisely didn't pay careful enough attention to them. Therefore, when we dressed to go use the hot tub we had enjoyed so much before, we were greatly disppointed to discover it had been removed! The water in the bathroom was always barely lukewarm unless you let it run for way over 5 minutes, & even then it never got super hot. There was no continental breakfast like all the others in the area provide. This would have been fine for a Budget Inn quality but not for the price range we had to pay!

This property has seen better days. The only thing the room has going is a flat screen tv. My vanity has a painted plywood top. The plaster on the ceiling is falling off. The decorator must have been the janitor. Generally the hotel is dirty and yet the price is high. If you don't mind a bit of dirt at a high price then tihis is the place for you. I travel three weeks a month and I expect a clean room for a fair price. Is that to much to ask?

I have stayed at Four Points in the past but not this one and when I walked in to a fantastic lobby I was pleasanlty surprised to the very friendly and welcoming desk clerk. My room was as nice with flat screen t.v and very comfortable bed. I was very impressed with this hotel and when I am back in the area this is where I will be staying each and every time.

"I had trouble getting my rental car when I arrived but the helpful staff got me through. The shuttle drivers were all very nice and had no problem picking me up from the office nearby. The front-desk was always staffed by a friendly face. I can't wait to see the new lobby when renovations are complete... The rooms had a bed, shower, and a nice tv. I didn't need much other than that for a business trip. I will definitely stay here again."

Value was great. Didn't include free breakfast. Location was fine - not far from airport. Quiet hotel, very comfortable and new bed, everything (TV, remote, bath facilities) were clean and worked well. Lounge was open after 11 PM even though nearly empty, which for a late arrival like mine was much appreciated.

"The 32"" plasma TV was the best part of our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower curtain smelled moldy and there was a breakage in the shower. My husband hated the breakfast (I didn't go). He ordered a scrambled breakfast and asked for sausage. They scrambled everything together...sausage included. He told them that was not how it was represented on the menu. The waitress didn't seem to care. My husband was also taken aback by the waitress sitting down and smoking a cigarette! Not good."

We found it to be cozy. Heater in room was not properly working we were cold at times. Overall the hotel was to our satisfaction and clean. People were friendly.
