Just fine for an airport stop and the price paid. The same hotel is charging two times what I paid. So I would not stay there for this price.

Nice breakfast. Flat pillows. Hotel staff and airport pickup at 12:00 am was great. They were there at the airport and we were checked in and in bed in 20 minutes. Excellent!

A nice hotel about 20 minutes away from KC. Airport right down the road -- very accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fitness room -- one of the best workout areas I've seen on the road in a long time. Two changes: faster elevators and add a whirlpool/jacuzzi (there is space near the pool). Overall, a good experience.

Location. Run down. Hotel was run down, old, dirty, not attractive furnishings in lobby, pool needed refinishing. It would be what I would expect from a Red Roof Inn or the like. I expected based on the star rating to stay in a place like Hyatt Place Hotels. We got a terrible deal and are very dissatisfied. Will not recommend to friends/family.

We were in KC for a family wedding and just needed a hotel for overnight. I like Sheraton hotels and this one was no exception. The price was great and the room was quite comfortable. As a woman I would have preferred more counterspace in the bathroom but you can't have it all! We did visit the bar and it was very relaxing. It rained so we were unable to use the outdoor pool but it looked very inviting and was adjacent to the bar patio. A nice plus! All of the staff we encountered were quite pleasant. We would definitely stay here again, especially if we needed accomodations adjacent to the airport.

The hotel was wonderful, the check in staff seemed bothered and the maud was unfriendly. The pool and the rooms were very nice. This was my daughters location for a surprise party. She loved it as well as her friends.

The bed was comfortable. The appearance of the room left much to be desired. I was a good price for a room. Too far away from Country Club Plaza. Close to the Zona Rosa and the IMAX. Staff was friendly. Furniture in room was an eyesore. Good if you want to be close to the airport.

The lobby and decor may be a bit shabby, but overall a very nice stay for the money. The room actually smelled clean when I walked in...a huge plus in my book! The beds were comfy and the rooms were cozy.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Appreciate being able to leave my car at the hotel. Shuttle was on time and a very easy way to catch a flight. I would recommend this only as a place to stay that is convenient to catch a flight at KCI. Nothing else stands out.

The cafe was noisy and service was extremely slow. The room and general appearance of the hotel was good. The only complaint was the cafe. It was too far to drive to find a better place to eat, so we left the noise and took a so so salad to our room.

After attending a weeding and trying to catch a flight out of KC, our flight was canceled by SKYBUS (avoid them). We were stranded at the airport with no compensation from the airline, and no way out until the following day. I chose this Sheraton property as I am a gold member with the hotel chain. They were able to get us a room, and as I have come to expect from the chain, the room was clean and comfortable. The downside I had for the hotel was centered around the location and amenities. First off, it was not near anything but the airport. As such, your one option for food was their restaurant, which while good food, was very costly for what was given. The hotel staff seemed nice, but not overly accommodating. Shuttle service was available to the airport, but no where else. The room was clean, however the two double beds were to small for our party of four. The free wi-fi was weak and not up all the time. The pillows and sheets seemed new and comfortable. I would stay again, but only if I had a vehicle and a larger room.

The beds and bedding. Dirty public restroom; restaurant geared to serving alcohol. It was okay, not much service, limo van from airport to hotel was very late. Waited 45 minutes in freezing cold conditions at KC International airport for van to pick us up. Would not recommend to friends.
