This hotel was dingy, and surprising, for a Sheraton.... The location is very good, but the interior was a turn-off. Looked like a leftover from what you find in Eastern Europe.... Find something else, if you have a choice. I was particularly embarrassed because I'd rented it for out-of-town guests, and the look on their face when they got off the elevator was so mortifying.... And the break buffet was a whopping 19 Euros per person!!!

Had internet access on one computer complimentary in lobby 30 euro per night charge for an extra cot, Option for an extra person was not on the booking reservation to let know price. In a slightly dodgy are quite outside the main city attractions, but a short walk from one of the train stops. I don't know if a single woman would want to stay in this area alone at night to walk/to from the train station to get to the hotel. The hotel pictures on sight make the hotel look far nicer than it is in acutality.

Facilities have been marked down due to the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room on a Starwood Preferred Guest floor. The location is fantastic value for a hotel so close to Central Munich and the staff friendly and efficient

Very nice hotel within easy walking distance of the Hacker-Pschorr Br?uhaus (where I had one of the best beers of my life) and the Oktoberfest grounds. Good restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the underground train stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were typical small by American standards, but very comfortable. I would defiinitely go back and stay.

This was a last minute trip and had to do some quick findings for a hotel. Staff was excellent, room was clean and spacious. The hotel is convenient to train station and the center of Munich. Would definitely stay there again!

The position was good, just around the corner from the trams. Breakfast was average, but quite adequate. Our room was very spacious, but as usual, only one luggage rack - what is the second person supposed to do with their suitcase. Would be great if some hotels would install a coin laundromat. The worst part of travelling is the laundry.

"Clean rooms, internet and great front desk service. Food options are limited within the hotel, especially the overpriced $15EU breakfast. Hotel rooms overlook Octoberfest. Overall a great value."

Clean & well kept, very roomy for European Hotel. Expensive for overall quality of hotel. Good quality rooms, though halls and other things exterior to room needed retouching. Large room for Europe. Still feel about 15-25% overpriced given overall quality & location. Would be very close for Oktoberfest but would then be even pricier.

Bed was great, quiet. Thought breakfast was included, it was not. Clean hotel, on the Southside of train station, about 6-7 blocks walk. Only sauna, no fitness facilities. Free computer with internet access in lobby. Breakfast cost extra. Approximately a mile + from Old Town. Walkable at day, at night. Few restaurants near by. U Bahn station about 3 blocks.

Great view from the balcony. We could not fit in the underground parking and had a hard time finding parking on the street. Great playground 100 yards away for the kids, we traveled with a topper on our van which made it impossible to park in the underground parking structure so we were left to fend for ourselves with the street parking as the only other option. We did close to half a dozen laps of the area and finally found a spot- the streets are very busy in this area since there are quite a few businesses. Overall, great place.

Rooms were nice. The Sheraton is a nice cozy hotel. It is about a ten minute walk to the subway. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
