Restaurant Taste: It offers a selection of dishes which are guaranteed to stimulate your taste sensations through the fusion of the four main elements: Hot, sweet, salt and sour. Taste's menu consists of a varied selection of Japanese, Vietnamese and Mediterranean dishes. Taste is located in the Fortina's tropical garden and has also an outdoor area. The restaurant is open daily all day, except on Monday when it is closed for lunchtime. Hibiki: Hibiki is a multi award winning restaurant that serves Japanese Cuisine at its best offering a selection of raw and cooked dishes. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Hibiki offers a choice of table d'hote menus, a la carte menus and teppanyaki menus. At the Teppanyaki table - chef performs a cooking ritual in the traditional way, right in front of you. An experience not to be missed! Can Thai: Exellent Chinese and Thai dishes prepared and cooked by a team of oriental chefs. This multi award winning restaurant offers a varied menu of selected dishes. It is open daily for lunch and dinner, closed on Wednesday. Sa Re Ga Ma: Awarded as the best authentic Indian cuisine in Malta. Sa Re Ga Ma is a unique restaurant where guests may taste Indian cuisine from thirty regions, prepared using the finest ingredients and spices and cooked by genuine Indian chef's. Sa Re Ga Ma is set in the tropical garden of the Fortina Spa Resort. Outdoor dining area is also available in tropical garden surroundings. Open daily for dinner, closed on Monday. Tigne Brasserie: Tigne Brasserie is a casual brasserie restaurant serving a superb choice of French and Mediterranean cuisine where you may enjoy delicious food and sample well priced and tasty wines. Vegetarians are also catered for. It is open daily for dinner, closed on Thursday and Sunday. Il Giardino: An Italian pizzeria serving a selection of traditional Italian appetizers, pizzas and baked pasta dishes. Vegetarian options are available. Guests may choose from the a la carte menu or table d'hote menu which includes a starter, a main course and a dessert. Il Giardino Restaurant is located in the Fortina's tropical garden. Open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch time only.

Bar Limes Bar: Limes Bar is located on top of the reception area and overlooks the tropical garden and at the same time has beautiful views of Valletta capital city. Limes Bar is the venue for evening entertainment during the winter months. Island Bar: Outdoor bar, set in the blissful surroundings of the Fortina's tropical garden. this bar is stunningly located in the middle of the swimming pool. The Island Bar is open daily from May until October.
