The good and the bad. The condo and the location, great. The bad side of this experience is I booked through Orbitz and checked the box for 4 people. I booked a room with a king sized bed and a pull out couch for the kiddies. Well, we check in late, not until 10:30 and we get to our room and guess what, no pull out bed for the kids. Call the desk and the person on duty tells us that SOME of the rooms come with a pull out bed and some don't. If you are going to advertise a pull out couch, then give people what they are paying for. So, the clerk says we don't have any other rooms available I will bring an air mattress. Fine, what can you do at 10:30 at night? So he comes and blows up the bed and leaves. The kids jump on, and all seems fine until a few hours later I check on the kids and turn off the TV and what do I find, my 5 year old has rolled off the air bed and is now sleeping on the floor!!!!!! So I pick her up and bring her to the king size bed, no problem. Wake up in the morning and the air mattress is flat, must have been a slow leak, and my 9 year old is now sleeping on the floor!!!!! I go to the office to speak to the manager and he says he's sorry and how about I bring some roll-a-way beds, two. Great! Why not offer when we first check in? I am all happy now. Well the roll-a-way beds show up and I set them up and all seems great until I actually lay on them myself. They seemed new but as flimsy as can be. I wouldn't have made it myself sleeping on the beds. And my poor kids. My 9 yr old says she slept fine but my 5 yr old says her back hurts. If we didn't prebook the room, I think we would have left right then and there. My wife and I slept fine for two nights. But I paid to have all four of us sleep great!!!! The problem I have with this is, they had the reservation for 4 people, so why not make sure the room has the requested king size bed and the pull out couch??????? The excuse that some of the rooms have it and some don't is complete bull****! So less

Suites were located just a few blocks from the Santa Fe Plaza, left the car at the Hotel and walked to the square to avoid parking fees. Watched Fourth of July fireworks from our balcony of our room. Quiet and very relaxing location, friendly and helpful staff, let us check in several hours earlier than published check-in time. A+!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable home while we were in Santa Fe.

I like the fact that it's nestled in a quiet and scenic community, far away from the hotel hubs that I'm accustomed to find when traveling. It feels like a home away from home. I would go back again. The rooms are clean and the amenities basic. The location is great. Downtown is only a 15 minute walk away and there are supermarkets and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Southwestern theme is nice, but outdated and worn out furniture. Didn't want to touch it. Room could use a makeover, but each room is different, with different owner (condo). The complex is cute, and quiet. Office hours and breakfast room are not open early. Has potential, but needs a makeover. Until then not worth the money.

We used the hotel as a base while we explored around Santa Fe. It was nice to come "home" with all the amenities. At first I was disappointed that we didn't have a fireplace, but it was fine since we have a 2 year old.

This is not a hotel! It is not a bed & breakfast! It is an apartment complex that allows short-term rentals. For example, the unit I occupied belongs to a state senator, but the NM congress was not in session so the apartment was available. Therefore, dont think you can go to the desk to get extra towels at 10 P.M. (Office is open 7 AM to 7 PM along with adjacnet laundry) This is definitely self catering. That is actually what I liked most. With a full kitchen I could save a little money and cook if I wanted, or go out to enjoy the local flavor. The apartment was a one bedroom unit about 800-900 square feet. I also like the fact that the room was decorated by the owner and was not the sterile hotel décor usually found in chain hotels. The location is good. Its a little bit of a hike to the plaza, maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Driving to any part of historic Santa Fe took only a few minutes. If you can get past the idea of this being a traditional hotel and treat it more like using a friends apartment while they are away I think you will enjoy staying here.

Hotels should not be able to advertise wireless internet unless it is available in the rooms - having it in the lobby is not useful if the lobby is closed from 7 pm to 8 am - this is important for business travelers. I am also tired of fitted sheets that do not fit the bed and pop off if the top flat sheet is untucked. They also cannot be reattached for some reason - very annoying! This was a very nice place otherwise - comfortable, quiet, and a convenient location to walk to plaza if you don't mind the very steep hill coming back. I would only come back for a pleasure trip, however.

This is one of the few places to stay in Santa Fe with actual wood burning fireplaces or kivas. It was a nice change for a long romantic weekend.

This is definitely an older property. It is clean and served our purposes well. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. And it was four blocks to the plaza. It is located on a hillside and the walk back to unit is uphill. There was a kitchen in the unit where one could easily make breakfast, lunch or dinner comfortably. For the price, it was a mid-range, decent unit.

i thought i was checking into a suites hotel and got a fantastic little adobe condo full of amenities and charm. i'd take it off the current owner's hands if they were up to passing it on!
