Very clean and tidy. Not a lot of room but sufficiant for an overnight stay when you are not in the room long.

you get what you pay for. If you have more than one bed in your room you will be left sheets and expected to make the bed yourself. very cheap but very low in service.

Very central location. Corridors etc a bit dark and dingy. No view from windows BUT room was reasonable size and very clean. Spotless bed linen. Very good value for money.

Great bargain for a good quality budget hotel. Great location, central to everything. The room's clean but fairly small, though. Overall, I'm impressed and will sure come back.

The hotel is great value for money. The furnishings are basic but better than what we expected for a budget hotel. The room was very clean when we checked in. Our family of 4 stayed in a room with a double bed and bunk beds. Fresh towels were provided daily during our 3 day stay. The room had a separate toilet plus a shower cubicle and a sink. Only a curtain separates this shower-sink area from the rest of the room. There is a TV but no other facility in the room. The hotel has lockers for hire for $4 (for 12hrs). This was really good because there is no early check-in (check-in is not until 2pm). We were able to store our luggage and visit some city sights before checking in. The reception is open 24hrs & the staff were very helpful. They even booked our taxi to the airport for us. If you want a clean central place to stay in Melbourne CBD & you're happy to have "no frills" then I can recommend this hotel. We will stay here again. ^_^ Dina (South Australia, Australia)

Grand Final weekend, everything booked out, we just wanted a room at a reasonable price and that is what we got, right in the middle of Melbourne and didn't cost a fortune. Thats what you want!!

The Hotel Is one or Two Steps above back Packer accomodation. No 24 hr reception, (we had trouble with neighbours partying) and no phone or fridge. Aprt from that it was excellent value for the price, rooms included tv and clock radio. TIP there was no free back storage for early check in it cost us $4.00 per bag !
