Newly renovated!!!The decor of Forest Villas elegant lobby is Mediterranean featuring as centerpoints, a dramatic circular staircase and an exquisite European tapestry. Two lead-crystal chandeliers light the lobby with a stellar sparkle in the evening. On cool days and nights in Prescott, the lobby's wood-burning fireplace is ablaze with warmth and firelight. The lobby's cozy couches, and comfortable atmosphere encourage informal chats amongst hotel guests and visitors while relaxing to the soft melodies played by an artist on the grand piano.Enjoy the panoramic mountain views of Prescott Arizona National Forest. In the evenings the Lobby lounge is open to serve a fine collection of wines and champagnes. In the morning this area is the location of an extensive complimentary breakfast buffet.Art by local artists enhances the elegant lobby decor.Since Forest Villas opening in March 1995, the lobby has been the site of art shows by these artists. Future cultural and artistic events are scheduled as an integral part of the Hotel's community involvement.Forest Villas Hotel is a non-smoking facility.

Bias towards kids and families with kids. They will not even let you stay in any of there suites with children. They are an unfriendly kid hotel. The only room you can stay in is a 2 bed crammed with kids

The Forest Villas Hotel in Prescott was exactly what we were lookiing for-visiting family nearby-6 miles away- it was clean, a fair price the staff was pleasant. If they had a weakness, the continental breakfast was just okay, but several nearby places to go instead. We'd book a room there again when we go back.

Nice bed. Decor scheme in public areas not to my taste.

The hotel charged me an extra 10/ person for 2 16-year-old girls staying overnight. I have never had that added expense at any other hotel. I was notified of the charge after I had made the reservation online. I think that this is ridiculous! I would never stay there again for that reason. I think that their policy is just taking advantage of travelers. Had I known about it beforehand, I would have reserved a room elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at the Forest Villas Hotel - they seemed genuinely pleased to have us stay in the hotel as guests and had great suggestions for places to go and things to do in the area.

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast attendant was overly pushy with customer service.

don't be deceived by the webiste, the pool area was covered in black plastic. the lobby smelled like urine. room was smaller than a matchbox. they also charged us ** for 2 kids. we went to the marriott springhill suites instead!

This Forest Villas is a nice hotel in a great location--half way between Precott and Prescott Valley for those with freinds and family in both towns. My only complaint is that the room was very small and very overpriced for what it was. I would expect a much more spacious, up-to-date interior for the price they were charging. The hotel itself was nice, including the lobby and pool.

Attractive, staff knowledgeable about area and restaurant, friendly staff recommended excellent restaurant. Nothing. Friendly, attractive, great staff who recommended a great top notch restaurant. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The landscaping is beautifully kept and the grand lobby boasts two beautiful chandeliers and a staircase. This place has the charm of a past era. At the complimentary breakfast (which had great variety), a very nice older gentleman assisted us in getting what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

My son and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and felt safe. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

The lobby was very attractive-rooms neat and clean-staff helpful. Didn't find anything wrong. Good location to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good for being only a continental-very good service on the breakfast, again really clean and comfy.

Great location. Nneighbors very noisy. Breakfast good be better, rubbery boiled eggs.

Attentive andcaring personnel. Would like to have computer access in my room istead of lobby area. A delightful experience, a hotel we've enjoyed staying in over the past five plus years or so when attending winter conference in Prescott.

Bed & pillows were excellent. Carpet could use cleaning/replacement. On an all around - it was perfect for what was needed.
