I was happy to find a time share on Travelocity. I was just looking for a hotel room near the beach but found this 1 bedroom condo. We loved having a kitchen and 2 other rooms. The unit was very large. Our toddler slept in the living room in a portable crib. The balcony overlooks the pool and a lagoon full of turtles. You can walk to the beach- about a 10 minute walk. We had minimal problems. As long as you're ok with 80's beach decor and some baseboards that are a little dusty, you'll be fine. Plenty of parking. The unit is on S. Forest Beach Drive just off Pope Ave at Coligny Beach.

I have stayed at this property for 4 vacations, but not this particular villa. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, just a short walk down the street and cross at crosswalk and you're there! Very private, not crowded. Pool is large, well kept. And rarely is it overly full with guests. Since the beach is so close, many just go there. There is a nice tennis court, but since this are privately owned villas, each villa is vastly different in the style and amenities.
