Excellent location, less than 100 m from Grand Place, you can walk to everything. Room is a little small but clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the price of the internet, payable even at the reception.

Well located and close to everything, with a friendly mulitilingual greeting upon arrival. Room was small but modern, and did not feel cramped. Breakfast buffet was great, and with the sun sneaking through, an enjoyable time looking over the Grand Place. I would recommend :)

I stayed in room 015 which was very noisy - the street is right below the window and opposite a kebab shop which was open all night. Cars whizzed around the corner all night and seemed to put their foot down right outside. Couldn't find the phone - friends left an alarm call for me but no phone in room. Toiletries were like washing up liquid - take own shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Only overhead light in bathroom - no mirror light so was slightly dim. Big leak mark on ceiling above shower and loose plug outlet in bathroom which didn't look too safe to me. However it is a good location for walking out of door to the grand place. Breakfast was good with fab views over the rooftops.

The complimentary breakfast is great. Get there early so you can get one of the window seats with the best view. You can't beat the location (one entrance is off the seafood restaurant alley) - right by La Grande Place. The service was friendly, English-speaking and check out was a breeze. The room was clean. The bathroom was big enough. I recommend this hotel.
