We met some friends in Orlando; they stayed the night with us. We used the cab service at the hotel to go to Downtown Disney and had an excellent time, since we did not have to drive. Actually liked the hotel better than the timeshare we stayed at later on in the week -- The Westgate Palace -- I will not stay there again -- it was too large and not enough activities.

This hotel was used as an extended weekend getaway and man was it worth every penny.. The room was amazing and the view over looking the lake and pool was incredibly.. I didnt want to ever leave .. The pool was amazing and beautiful.. My daughter loved it and wants so much to go back. The hotel has a great location close to everything you could want or need to do and still very tranquil..we are actually planning another getaway in a few weeks :) The only downers were out of 3 room keys only one worked and even that gave us trouble, you have to pay extra for actual good housekeeping because all they do is the linens and take out the trash. otherwise a great stay and i look forward to going back.

Beware Do NOT stay at this facility if you value your belonging. Our room was robbed with no evidence of a forced entry. Security was useless. Hotel management staff was useless. To add insult to injury we were accused by the hotel insurance agent of misplacing 3 laptops,digital camera, HD camcorder,PDA,and numerous other items. Hotel management has dragged their feet as has the Orlando police. We were told to make claim with our insurance company but how do you claim pictures and movies of a graduation and week cruise taken the week before. Calls to hotel management are not returned. A vacation that was to be special was made a nightmare.

This was a great hotel. I would stay there again. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is also a great location. The drive to Disney World and Sea World was just a short distance away from the hotel. What a great place to stay. The pool was awesome!

This resort was great. We have 2 children under 7 and we loved that they had their own room with 2 beds. Plenty of room in the suite, newer appliances, kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities and unit has a washer + dryer inside. Pool was GREAT for kids - large kids area and usually some game/contest or karaoke during the afternoon into evening. The mini market/cafe has decent prices with Starbucks coffee and meals are pretty good too. Trolley stop in front of resort will you take you many places for cheap.

I was simply amazed by this wonderful resort in a fantastic location on International DR. in Orlando, FL. My first stay was only for one night, but I had to return my last night also because it was the best hotel in the area. The great family appeal was refreshing. The rooms, lobby, common areas, pools, and parking lots are extremely clean. The service was always extremely pleasant and always with a smile. I couldn't think of one thing this resort needs. I am currently looking to purchase one of these condos I was so impressed! I've never felt more at home on vacation... Do yourself a favor and give FLORIDAYS a chance, you'll be so spoiled that everywhere else, JUST DOES NOT COMPARE!

Floridays Resort is perfect for families. We enjoyed the pool very much! We chose a 3 bedroom condo and had plenty of room to relax after busy days in the Disney Parks. Floridays Resort was close to everything we visited and the drive time to Disney was never more than 10 minutes. Although Sea World is just down the road the traffic backs up quickly, so visit the park in the morning. Floridays has great customer service, although at times communicating needs to the cleaning staff was difficult. But the front desk was always available to meet our needs. Floridays Resort offered a much better value than staying at the parks, which was the reason we chose to stay there. The central location is a big plus. Our children enjoyed lounging in bed after a busy day and watching T.V. I would definitely stay there again!!

While my boyfriend and I were visiting for a short 3-day weekend, we wanted to do as much in Orlando as possible. However, those at the attractions desk did not provide us with any useful information, were not clear on how shuttle bus worked, and did not suggest anything useful. We had to discover sites & attractions through word of mouth from other tourists. In addition, room service would not accommodate unless $25 or more was ordered, although my boyfriend and I had gotten ill. The one "restaurant" the hotel had was very expensive and very limited to items. You needed to take a bus in order to go to the "local" store or deli.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at! Well worth the price. The only thing they could've offered is a complimentary breakfast, but with a full kitchen, it wasn't a problem. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they quickly offered us an available identical room. Gorgeous decor and very clean!

Weekend getaway for my daughter turning 16. The location was great for shopping and entertainment. It was our first time staying in a resort and if the price is right, we will stay in a resort in the future. The price was excellent for what we got. I felt like I was walking into a model home when when opened the door to our room. BEAUTIFUL.

This Family Friendly Resort was well equiped, clean and aimed to please. We requested a late check out and they gave us two extra hours and offered that we could use the pool as long as we wanted after that with the use of the restrooms. We would be happy to stay with the in the future.

The hotel is centrally located to all attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful with directions, tickets etc. The hotel is perfect for families. The condos are a good size. The kids pool is great.

A Very Very nice resort!!!! Great location,,at a Good price Close to Disney and shopping too. The Pool was area around it was outstanding,,, just awesome for kids too The onsite store and bar are Expensive and the shuttle to the parks only goes once a day,to drop you off and pick you up.. But i would Stay again in a Minute.. Hope this Helps....... Vic

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Floridays Resort. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, convenience to attractions, amenities offered and places to eat and shop nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our key to the condo did not work several times so we had to walk to office or call and have them let us in. This became very frustrating. They comped part of the cost of one day and have since changed their key system, but it was a hassle. Would stay again though. I am very picky about places being clean and this one was.

Very very clean and brand new (felt like brand new) hotel suites. This is coming from a person who is over the top when it comes to cleanliness. Friendly staff everywhere. We traveled with two young children and they had a great time in the pool, but it was a bit dirty and not well heated. My 5-yr-old son even commented on the pool being dirty. Another problem that hotel might not have much control over is the noise level at 7 am as excited kids slam doors and run screaming to their cars to get to Disney World. Despite that, we would absolutely come back and highly recommend Floridays to families.

Our family of four with two kids under 6 and the grandparents along had no idea what to expect when booking this hotel. Our expectations were met and exceeded! The room was spacious and clean. The location was great in that it was cheaper for us to rent a car and zip to a different Disney park each day than staying at a crowded Disney hotel that was way more expensive and had less space. Leaving the busy park and arriving back to the quite calm hotel was so appreciated. It was very easy to get too and from the grocery store, etc also for stocking the kitchen. We also saved cash by eating breakfast and most suppers in the suite. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool area and the very family friendly population there with us. House keeping was prompt and fulfilled our 'extra' requests. I could go on and on! I recommend this hotel for any family making the trip to Orlando!

Friendly staff at the lobby while checking in very late and while checking out very early. The spacious suite was perfect for a family of 4. The master bath had a jacuzzi that was needed after a long day at the theme parks. Disney and Universal are only a 20min drive away. The pool was beautiful and fun for the kids. The grounds were beautiful too.
