The location was great - the price was great. The only complaints I have is that there was only 1 TV for a 3 bedroom condo and the only wifi was at the pool house.

Based on the other reviews that other travelers provided, we were impressed with the townhome. It was a great experience for a family. I would recommend this location to family and friends. My only suggestion would be to provide cleaning products, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and a vacuum for the guests to use while staying at the facility. The townhome could have been a little more clean for my liking. It had been surfaced cleaned but definate needed a deep cleaning.

We were only a 10 minute drive from Disney. I loved the condo's full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was a great place for a 2 week stay. A grocery store, drug store, and Walmart were a short drive away. We found a little scorpion crawling around the kitchen. That was interesting.

Good location for Disney. Number of restaurants, supermarket, etc. close. However, very basic accommodations - dirty carpet. No welcome package to speak of - - 3 bedroom condo - Sleeps 6 - allocated 6 bath towels for condo. One hotel size bar of soap for each bathroom.; Needed to purchase extra toilet paper.; 1 clothes hanger in each closet. One TV - No VCR; One bedroom didn't have dressers only a small nightstand. So no hangers - no dressers. Literally living out of a suitcase for 1 week. Nice pool - but limited deck chairs.

This is a realty office that rents privately owned condo's. The condo was not very clean. When we checked in they told us we had to pay a $65.00 cleaning fee because we were not staying more than two nights. This was not obvious on the orbitz website that I booked the reservation through. The condo was spacious but not very clean. No blinds in the bedroom. Morning sunshine is your wake up call. Very dissappointed in the pool. Etremely small pool and fitness facility. Not a good place for a family. For the price, we could have stayed someplace much nicer.

First of all, got in late and the place was very hard to find. Then, when we did get to our room, the locks were jamming and it took some time to get in at all. The place was a good size, but had that 'icky furnished apartment' feel. The beds were lumpy and the linens didn't look very inviting. Also, only one roll of TP in each bathroom and no silverware. VERY busy, tourist-trappy part of town, too. Traffic was awful (and being from LA, I am used to traffic.) I guess you get what you pay for. Fortunately, we were really only there to sleep and shower. I will not stay here again and I would strongly recommend you think twice before staying here.

It was just somewhere average to stay. We weren't happy with the false advertising from the internet website. It was misleading. You get what you pay for, I guess.

i attempted to book this place directly and the cost was 30% higher than the resultant rate i received by booking the whole package, air, hotel and rental car., via travelocity. for the week i saved at least $* over and above the best deal i could get separately. based on others reviews, there were no surprises and that is good. for the money this place was very good for our family of five. There were only three negatives about the stay that are worth mentioning. The mattresses were worn out by the last hotel that used them, others mentioned this, and this is most certainly what i found. Also, be sure to have cell phones that will work down there, the phone that is included in your condo does NOT allow 1-800 numbers in case of emergency or use of phone cards. that really bit us when our daughter got an ear infection. the management, which by the way you cannot contact from your in room phone because their area code is different, were most apologetic. i would hope they correct that issue. do not expect anything other than very basic cable tv service. But like i said, for the money ( approx. $*/night for the week ) and the amount of space (approx. 1300 sq ft. ), this place is a great place to stay, i highly recommend it.

Condo was very nice. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in condo. Grocery store only a couple of miles away. Plenty of room for family. Employees at check-in were very helpful. Loved its close proximity to Disney as well as restaurants. Would stay there again. Rates were great.

My dad turned 92 on February 18th and for his birthday he wanted to visit Epcot. I arranged a travel package through travel website. There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, and my three sister's and myself. We stayed here and had an absolutely wonderful time. Our villa had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was so spacious and comfortable. My father was overjoyed that we could all celebrate his birthday in Florida and at Epcot. Our villa was close to Disney World and conveniently near shops, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely stay again. We made a wonderful memory!

Condo was very close to Disney and spacious enough. Phone did not work; access code to enter did not work, so I had to hope someone else was entering at the same time as I was so I could enter; no light at front door and was difficult to get key into lock; internet was NOT free; Staff said "Yes, it is free but you have to pay a small charge." No kidding! I had to sign a paper saying that the place was inventoried, however they did not have an inventory to give me! I could not get the photo copy of my credit card back when I checked out!

We have stayed at this property for three years. We rent a four bedroom unit every year. This year when we checked in we did not get the unit we requested. There were eight of us. Imagine our surprise when we checked in after hours and discovered one bedroom was missing a bed. Phone numbers do not work. Had to purchase bedding for sofa for one person. The front desk seemed unconcerned. Very rude. It appears that every year things are getting worse. They are not maintaining the property. Dirty carpeting and furniture. Not enough bath towels. About one third of outside street lighting burnt out. Dumpsters setting everywhere in parking lot with garbage and trash blowing everywhere. Enclosed patio was so dirty we had to keep door locked to keep kids from going out. There was some old furniture piled out on enclosed patio area. It was really bad. I am sorry to say that even though their prices are good that we will not be back.

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel/resort. While tucked away and not sure of the outside, the room itself was wonderful...very clean, spacious and accommodating. The only thing that would have made this stay more enjoyable would be a larger pool and shuttle service to Disney World/Universal Studios, etc. Otherwise, a great stay at an even better price!

The condo we stayed in was very new, spotlessly clean and sparsely decorated. You are provided with one small roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, no hangers for closets, no dishwashing detergent of any kind. Also no wireless internet. I went to the clubhouse parking lot to check email and had to sign up and pay for the local internet provider for one week. There are no restaurants within walking distance. All the condos have a small screened in porch, which I loved. Our condo backed up on a small lake/large pond and there was a lot of water fowl activity to watch. Staff at front desk was adequate but I would not particularly helpful or friendly. Nice pool and playground, if you have children.

Nice place, I actually liked it but seems like the place is just existing. Didn't see any security while I was there. Had about 6 bulbs out and none replaced even though we requesed. Blinds in the 3 bedrooms were broken;we had to put up blankets so no one would look inside. The front bedroom is next to the passage way to the stairs so anyone can pass and look in.The carpet was dirty, lots of stains.Furniture worn out and dirty, I had to spread a blanket to sit on it. The banister to the stairs was broken dangerous for our family who had to hold on to it, and was not fixed until the 3rd day we were there. I made the mistake of not booking a room on the 1st floor and after check in, I asked the manager if she could change our floor. acted like we were a bother to her.. I took my 87 year relative and my cousin who walks with a limp to the office so she could see the need..her attitude was so unsympathetic.. We must have got the worse unit. only had one tv in one bedroom (no remote) should have been two tvs in 2 bedrooms. Also there was a wasp's nest on the top floor outside a room; it just lodged itself by left hand side to the entrance..no one noticed that? All in all, it was a spacious unit,.Really not a bad place, they just need to fix the little details and it would be a really good, Make sure you arrive before the office closes or that you get the lock box number so you can retreive your key. We had to let in 3 persons when we took our key.
