Okay for an overnight stayThe hotel is on a bustling road near St Lazare station. It was quite a warm evening in Paris and our one complaint was that the air conditioning was not working. Presumably it had not been working for a while because there was a stand-up fan provided, but the fan was not so usable- it had an unstable base and was quite wobbly. Apart from that the room itself was very clean and it's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay in Paris.

Room not bad, nice, average, simple room, good price. Small, quiet, close to subway. Didn't have breakfast though, but let us check in early.

Great Hotel to stay in Paris. It was my third time in the city and that was the best hotel so far. Very good location, professional and nice reception... Rooms are not super tiny like in other hotels so you get what you paid for... All I can say that I will come to this hotel next time.

Short StayBooked for a weekend for a rugby international. Ideal location for that purpose or any short stay. No problems or complaints.

pleasant stay; Helpful staff; good breakfast @ 10 euros. Very near a convenient metro/RER (RR)station. Good restaurants within walking distance. Very close to Blvd Hausmann and convenient to Montmarte.

Although I had already been informed that French hotels were nothing like British hotels I at least thought we would have a double bed!! It was a three quarter bed in the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, there were tiles off the bathroom and it didnt smell very pleasant.

The reviews I had seen said clean and great location, small rooms. this is pretty accurate. The room wasn't as small as I expected. The bathroom was quite large and had a tub with the shower head mounted (yeah, no sitting in the tub to shower) and was newly remodeled. Safes and hair dryers in the rooms and the air conditioner worked great. It isn't a great location but good. Walking distance to a lot but not super close to lots of sites. It is close to the big Gare St. Lazare train station which makes it very convenient for getting around (few transfers needed)

I book triple room. Room size is good and we can have enough place to pick up our stuff (3 big luggages and 3 big hand carry bags :]) Location is near Gare Saint Lazare (Train station) walk within 5 mins and 15 mins walk distance to 2 big malls - Printemps and Lafayette. Some staffs are quite cool, with no smile but some are ok. Wall is thin, can hear others talking ... but overall is higher standard in Europe

Hotel room was a little small, however room was clean and comfortable, The position of the Hotel is excellent, it is central and within walking distance to all major tourist sites.

The hotel was nice. On the small side, but from reading other reviews that is standard. The people at the front desk were able to speak some English and answered any questions we had. We left our luggage after check out to spend a few more hours sightseeing before leaving. It was close to a few Metro stops and shops. We did not eat at the hotel, but chose to eat breakfast at nearby cafes.

we booked late - the system worked though when we arrived we were accommodated in two rooms (we had booked a triple) for the first night) - staff were very helpful. The rooms was fine - clean and tidy. The site was excellent for visiting the city - we walked to the Champs Elysees and also the Musee d'Orsay though having said that the cycle hiring system is excellent and there are stations just around the corner from the hotel and it is very simple to register for daily use. Parking is handy in a secure place related to the railway station but soon mounts up (27 euros for 24hr). We really enjoyed the cafe very close by (having not bought meals in the hotel) - we found the whole location very convenient (Couple + 15yr old son from Tyneside)

We went there in the summer when it was very humid. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room so it got ver hot during the night. The room was nice though and the receptionist was very very helpful! The hotel is easy to get to being that it is very near to saint lazare station. All in all it was a nice hotel and excelllent considering how much we paid for it.

Having stayed here in 2006 we had no hesitation in booking again this year. This hotel is ideal for short breaks, the staff are very helpful and friendly (and seem happy to converse in English), the rooms are clean and have en-suite bathroom/shower facilities. The rooms aren't huge but they do have a televison, safe and mini bar. Buffet breakfast mainly consists of a selection of cheeses, meats, bread/pastries, cereals along with sausage, bacon, egg and a variety of fresh fruit and yogurts - all very healthy. The hotel has a good central location and is within walking distance to shops (Galleries Lafayette), a major rail station (Gare St. Lazare) as well as an open top bus stop and metro line. The hotel is also willing to store luggage after checking out so there is no need to carry bags around all day if you're on a late flight.In summary, this hotel is great for short breaks, the rooms are slightly basic but clean with an en-suite bathroom/shower, staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is well worth a visit. The hotel has a good central location and is easy to find. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking to visit Paris.

Nice, basic hotel located centrally to many sites within the city.We found the receptionists very friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic, but clean and all that we needed for out sightseeing tour.Probably the best price you'll get for the location.

This is a great hotel for central Paris. Very close to the metro and within walking distance of many of the sights and shops. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was bigger than I was expecting. Noise levels at the back were lower than they would have been at the front as the road is quite busy. This would be the same for any hotel in central Paris though. We would definately stay there again.

Past experience of hotels in Paris hasn't been great so wasn't expecting too much for our money. However, I was pleasantly surprised by both the hotel and our room. The room was quite small and looked out onto other bulldings which were being renovated (didn't expect a view anyway) but was clean and cosy so was fine. It's ideally located and metro, RER close by if you prefer to take train rather than walk. Didn't have breakfast there as great patisserie on corner of the block. Staff very helpful and polite - would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located centrally and that was about the only good thing. The room airconditioning was not working, after complaining they did offer to change but the room being offered was half the size. Small rooms but clean. Very expensive for what you get.
