Toilet flooded, dust everywhere, no breakfast, and pool not filled. Very unhappy with the stay! The place was under construction, and a mess. The fact that the pool was not in service , and also that there would be no complimentary breakfast buffet that was originally offered.

Seeing that AmeriSuites was affiliated with Hyatt, we had expectations for a semi-decent hotel. Having the kitchenette was attractive, but once we were in our room, we couldn't wait to leave. First off, we noticed a number of random colored stains all over the worn unvacuumed carpet. After that, we started noticing all sorts of cleanliness issues: the A/C had multiple animal crackers in the vents; the TV remote had gunk all over it (didn't want to even touch it); there was a decent amount of mold throughout the bath/shower; the bathroom door appeared to be repaired with off-colored silly putty; there were numerous dead bugs in drawers; the tub was extremely slow to drain; there were some foul looking stains on the bedroom walls; the indoor pool and spa were cloudy and heavily chlorinated; attached to the main lobby, the pool access door wouldn't self-close all the way (child hazard); another personnel door by the spa was rusting and falling apart... We hoped that we just had a really bad room, so we requested another room. The friendly staff were quick to get us another room, but even they looked doubtful that the new one would be much better. Fortunately, the new room wasn't as disgusting as the first. Positives: the workers were friendly and the breakfast edible.Possible Hotel Tag-lines: "BYOV - Bring Your Own Vacuum" "BYOB - Bring Your Own Bleach" "A Bug's Life" "A Maid's Paradise - You'll be busy all night" "AmeriSuites was great - I felt right at home" - Shrek

Large rooms and near a snowy play area. The mattress was terrible! We stayed here because we knew there was a nice little area behind the hotel to play in the snow. With young children it was perfect to play for 1-2 hours and then walk back and change clothes. There is also a great Sizzler across the street. Breakfast is included, but not deluxe like described; bagels, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and juice is it. No more waffles, sausage, or eggs like a couple of years ago. The mattress is awful! You could feel every spring and metal was exposed on the edges. We would probably stay here again.

The suites were spacious even for 5 people. Overall the hotel was in disrepair and dirty. This would be a great hotel if it was fixed up and cleaned.

We stayed here as a stop over on our Christmas Vacation. The price seemed right at the time. I don't ever recall being so disappointed in a hotel. The rooms are in great need of better cleaning and major updating. The carpet was torn, the faucet in the bathroom shower was pulled away from the tile and the counter tops were cracked and dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and we barely slept that night. The hot water took about 5 minutes to arrive....left us wondering how much water was wasted while waiting on the hot water. The room smelled stale and moldy. I am glad I didn't pay more than I did for the room. On the plus side the rooms are huge and there was a frig, microwave and dishes available for use. The staff was very friendly and the location was good. In the hotel's currnet condition I would not stay here again. On our return to trip we ended up staying at a much better A1+ hotel. Wished we would have stayed there both times.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast area and there was no elevator to the second floor. This hotel was located in a easy accessible spot, the room was clean and the staff was helpful.

I'm here now - it's 4am and can't sleep in this bed another minute. It's a seedy motel, well past its prime - sheets are like gossamer (I think I can poke a finger thru), carpet is dirty, musty, tv choices stink, somone ripped the controls off the a/c unit. The girl at the desk 2pm 10/2/07 was a delight.

The room was a suite. The indoor pool area. Nice location, comfortable, cozy. The pool area was a disappointment.

Our room had a red stain on the floor between the beds, mold in the bathroom, and the bathroom door patched with putty and not painted. We returned to our room one afternoon and it had not been serviced, we informed them at the front desk on our way out. We returned late that evening, it still had not been serviced. We asked at the front desk for some towels, they didn't have a key to the linen closet. We couldn't get a different room because they were at full occupancy. We were told that there was nothing that they could do for us because, we had pre-paid. Very disappointing stay.

The breakfast was good. Lots of food, fresh eggs, fruits, waffles. The room was really bad. The breakfast in the hotel is the only good thing. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but an oversized tub, they call pool. Room was disgusting, shaggy carpet of undetermined color with stains thrown in for a nice contrast. Lots of mold in the bathroom. Room smelled like a cigar lounge. Staff was nice though.

Amenities were nice. Room was big with a decent kitchenette. Bathroom was extremely small. Sheets seemed dirty. Found hair! A few minor updates and I'd bump this up to a 3 star. Bedding and cleanliness were a little lacking.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. The pool area was stuffy and very dirty and needs to be remodeled the pool area needs a lot of help. I like Amerisuites. Its nice and friendly environment but the pool area is in need for a make over.

The hot breakfast. The room was very old, wall paper falling off the wall. I kept hitting my shin on the bed frame. There was not hot water. Very disappointed in this hotel, very old, linens were stained, wall paper falling off the wall, furniture scratched up and looked like something at a yard sale. The big thing was there was no hot water in the morning, I was unable to shower.

Nothing! Bed, room, pool availability, location, bath. Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. I slept on better beds at summer camp!

Mimi, the desk clerk was extremely helpful & professional. Drains in sink & tub plugged, Waffles came out in shreds, Poor overall appearance of the place. Would not recommend this place for the price we paid. It needs more maintenance and the light bulbs should be upgraded. The kitchen had no utensils, 3 cups & 4 glasses only.

Great breakfast included. Mattresses were disgusting, stained and uncomfortable. The smell of chlorine when you walk in isn't really appealing. Mattresses were uncomfortable with barely a mattress pad and sheet. Had disgusting stains showing on the sides. Breakfast buffet was great, convenient and plentiful.

Location and friendly staff. Unclean, unattended to, disrepair, hanging on by a thread, filthy, moldy, rusty, unsafe. Seeing that AmeriSuites was affiliated with Hyatt, we had expectations for a semi-decent hotel. Having the kitchenette was attractive, but once we were in our room, we couldn't wait to leave. First off, we noticed a number of random colored stains all over the worn un-vacuumed carpet. The staff. The cleanliness, beds. The first room we were put in was not clean at all the hotel needs to have a face lift, the staff were great they moved us to another room and tried to take care of us, but the hotel itself needs a face lift.

Location, I had to ask staff to have the room cleaned properly. Lack of attentiveness of presentation of the facility, some staff apathetic. Extremely over priced and over rated for the condition of the facility. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Linens had to be changed BEFORE I slept in the bed. Glasses and glass tray were visibly dirty; I put them in the hallway, and never got cleaned ones in return during my 5 day stay. DO NOT EVER use hotel phone for long distance. They charged $90.00 (NINETY dollars) for 20 minuets of phone usage. I was shocked and disgusted. The desk clerk at check out was extremely kind and helpful to me, and very apologetic for the overall stay and conditions of the hotel. I would NEVER recommend anyone using this hotel unless as a last resort.
