I stayed here in one of the updated one bedroom suites. It has granite countertops and two flat screen TV's. The balcony was such a pleasure - you won't find any place else around here with one. I stayed here with two kids and my husband. The pool area was fine, nothing special. They area isn't nice and my kids never left out side. This isn't the place to spend a week by the beach - but if you like Atlantic City this is probably the nicest room I have seen. We usually stay at a suite the the Atlantic City Hilton (not owned by the HIlton - they rent the name). That suite might be more posh but it didn't have the balcony and wasn't as fun.

The Flagship is about 3mins from the boardwalk. It caters to the children which is great when u take the kids on vacation. The room was great, the food was good and the activities for the kids were non stop. I must say I have no complaints and would go back anytime.

This was a very nice place to stay. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The shuttle (free) and Jitney busses (2) are good ways to get around if you don't want to drive. I spent most of my days walking the boardwalk from the shuttle drop off at Bally's. The Flagship is pretty busy on the weekends, so you do have to wait for the elevator. I found from Monday to Friday, it arrived quickly and didn't stop at every floor on the way down from the 29th floor. The room I had was very nice, clean, comfortable bed and the kitchenette was handy. It was like a small 1 bedroom apartment w/balcony. The pool and jacuzzi's were clean and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy the live entertainment on the deck. The Ozone had entertainment most nights, but seemed a little expensive to me. I ate the breafast buffet and it was pretty good, the cook will make your eggs to order. It is a long walk from the hotel to where stuff is on the boardwalk. The distance from the action is a nice break when you are done shopping or gambling for the day and want to relax. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to going again next year.

it was a terrible hotel. there were BED BUGS in the room, we reported about the bugs to the front desk at checkout and they acted least concerned forget even apologizing. staff was unfriendly, appliances were outdated and location was really bad, away from all major hotels/casinos

I went here for my Birthday and I thought the Flagship was great. Its very clean and organized. The Shuttle came in handy. I had one problem, one day I left the room and placed the ""Do Not Disturb"" sign on the door and when I came back I notice that the maid had came in anyway . The beds were made up and the bathroom was cleaned and there were fresh towels.

The staff were friendly, but not helpful. The place is run down and out dated, especially for the price. There was an "extra" charge for everything, parking, safe deposit, the food was expensive. The room was "not so nice" and had an odor to it. We were on the 22nd floor and could hear noise in the hall way and outside at all times of the day and night. The hotel is pretty far off of the strip, and the boardwalk and area around it was falling appart and not a great part of town. I would not go back.

Everything about the hotel was great except the employees. Front desk didn't care that another room near us was throwing chairs off the balcony at 4 AM. Turned her back on us. When we called management after checking out they basically said ""thats too bad."" Would not stay at again.

We checked in with an unfriendly fellow who would not allow us to look at our room before paying for it, which from my experience is quite unusual, and I find it concerning. Anyway, the hotel is walking distance from the Boardwalk, though it seems to be billed as shuttle-only in many places. Not bad. Kitchenette saves on meals.

Great view from balcony! Jacuzzi and pool great - open until 10:00 pm. Jacuzzi large with hot water. Easily sits 15 people. Pool water was warm. Room large and clean. Looks just like the pictures. Game room nice for kids. Showboat and Trump Plaza short walk. Pier with amusement rides and main boardwalk very short walk from hotel. We walked everywhere. Didn't need a taxi. Parking garage was great. We drove to eat for late night snack. Regular shuttle to Bally's. Neighborhood improved - fine to walk through at night. Dining choices limited. Didn't try the hotel restaraunt. Willl definitely stay here again!

The hotel was a last minute A.C. trip with my brother and 2 friends. I have to say that the view of the ocean was spectacular, but thats really where the compliments end. It was located as far as you could get from the A.C. strip. These Hotel is also a "time share" and it wasn't 5 minutes after we entered the room before we received a call asking us to attend a "time share" seminar????? Never had that happen before. Did offer shuttle service, but we couldn't figure out the schedule and took a cab. You could walk, but you have to go thru some shady areas. The hotel/rooms seemed outdated and kinda dirty. Did have a small kithcenette with frig. Front door walking in looked like it had 2 weeks worth of hand prints, and other sticky substances. yuck! Had to pay seperate for parking.

My husband and I just wanted to get away for an extended weekend and we took our 4 yr old son for two nights and we went out on the third night. Its was very clean and staff was helpful in getting information on the Jitney, which was cheap to get around. Our son loved the game and activity rooms. Great for kids!!!! Its not a busy area so it was quiet and we had a nice view of the water. We will return.

The hotel was nice, but a bit further from dining and the casinos than I anticipated.

We took an overnight getaway and I didn't get a chance to check out the amenities. My family and I look forward to returning to the flag Ship. The Hotel is away from the crowds and the beach is a few steps away.

The hotel was fine for the price, however, the ratings on Orbitz said the hotel was a four star hotel - IT WAS NOT!!.. If you're looking for a decent value for a hotel that's not too far from the strip, then this is OK.. But this hotel is not high end by any means..

I was very surprised by the size of the room for the money. It was huge plus very clean. At first our heat didnt work but maintenance came very quickly to resolve the problem and he was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a nice place to stay thats cheap.

The hotel staff where very good, very friendly and understanding .The room was very nice but our heater wasn't working right and the shower water was dripping alot.Plus we notice mold on the ceiling of the shower the next morning. We went down for the breakfest buffe .we started having our breakfest-2 bites and that was it --there was alot of bugs(nats) flying around--very unsanitary--The kitchen and dining area should be close and clean out---I was told the flagship was getting renovated---before i would go back there--i would wait for the renovations to be done ..This place needs some fine tuning and whens its done--The flagship would be one of the best places to stay in AC

The Flagship is a great value for the area. Even cruddy hotels in Atlantic City are extremely expensive. This one is clean and in a good neighborhood, and is only about a $10 cab ride from either the Marina district or the Boardwalk. The only complaint is that the beds were a little hard.
