Motel was old but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning, being old I guess, was unable to stop putting out cooled air when warm air was requested. It was a chilly weekend and room became chilly. Bedding and pillows left something to be desired.

The room was very dirty and smelled really bad. I had to buy clean sheets to sleep on and used 3 cans of lysol to disinfect. The room next to us had the door kicked in during the night and we were afraid to come out of our room. My children's bikes were stolen from the locked bike carrier on the back of my vehicle which was parked in the hotel lot. Finally, when I decided to cut the vacation short due to the overall poor experience, the hotel staff gave me the run around when attempting to get the prepaid room charges reduced.

We booked this room for our fifth wedding anniversary and loved it. The staff was great. The room was perfect. We got much much more than we paid for. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were excellent.

I was very disappointed. The hotel although it was advertised as on the board walk, it was miles away from the typical boardwalk activity. The furniture was from the 1950, as well as the decor, very shabby. This hotel was overprices, it should have been a $75 dollar hotel. As a matter of fact the hotel next to it had rates starting from $69

The hotel was okay for the money but it was not what I expected from the pictures that were posted on the website. The rooms were old in need of updating and the beds were very uncomfortable. For cleanliness they get an A, the room was very clean, orderly, stocked. Oceanfront does not always mean oceanfront.

The hotel was okay, but for the price you could have found something for the same quality all along the board walk. The bathroom was very old, fixtures did not work correctly the shower was either super hot, or freezing. You could hear through the rooms. They did have very nice toiletries though.

We stayed and had a good time, but it wasn't one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in , by far. The wall paper is cut up and patchy, the bathrooms are really dated. All that said, it was still relatively clean. The door stuck and didn't make me feel really safe, but it did lock and worked ok. The location is good, but for the money, it is not a good deal. I would probably shop a little more and stay further down the boardwalk and off of it for a better deal.

This hotel is OK if you're going to stay on the beach with a bunch of your frat buddies.... but not if you are taking a family with children. Our room was on the first floor facing the beach. We were excited except the pool bar right off our balcony had a reggae band playing very loudly. Like I said... if you're with your buddies looking to party, this is a great thing. The children were, however, amused by the drunk girls right off the balcony. Fortunately rain made them pack up and go home early. The room itself was not fantastic. The bed was pretty bad and the whole place had a "cheap" Ocean City feel to it. With what we paid, I expect more.

for the price i paid, the room was small. the so called kichenette, had 1 fork , nothing to drink from , one small pan . it advertised ocean view double with 2 double beds, i guess i dont understand what oceanview is because i could see was courtyard. the belconys are very noisy and no privacy at all. other quests were stealing our chairs, keeping us awake all nite. bad choice for rest and relaxation

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! The staff was extremely friendly and we could look right out onto the beach. We were not that far away from the end of the boardwalk either so we could take a nice walk down there. It was nice to be able to walk out onto the beach as well. I highly recommend this resort to anyone. I did not have any complaints other than I wish we could of stayed longer! My husband and I plan on booking another trip down to Ocean City at this hotel for our one year anniversary!

I would recommend staying at Flagship Hotel.. No problems.. Location is great.. Not too much parking but overall you will find one. .

Front desk staff were friendly, Pool and hot tub area clean, activities available for a rainy day. However parking is an issue when the hotel is full. Also there were 3 steps to take to get to your room on all the floors for 2/3 rds of the rooms, which meant that you had to carry your luggage to your room because you couldn't roll the trolley up the steps. There were a few rooms on each floor that you did not need to do steps. Listing indicates resturant available. The resturant is a Dinner Buffett which is only open during the summer season.

As someone who has stayed at a lot of less expensive hotels in Ocean City this one is nicer than most for the price. Rooms are a good size, location is great. Playground for kids. Pool bar for adults. 2 pools. A lot of reviews I read talk about the hotel smelling. The room and lobby had a faint musty smell but I stayed right under the seafood restaurant and did not notice any seafood smell. Its an older OC hotel for a cheap price. You get what you pay for. I will stay there again. I will recommend it.

The Flagship is undergoing remodeling so it's an old building. We had one of the newer efficiencies. The room was nice. The staff was very nice, there was a small game room on the second floor, donuts/bagels/coffee/juice each morning until 10, a small/4ft. indoor pool. There is an elevator but we had to walk through some long, narrow halls and go up and down a step or two to get to our room. I am an allergy sufferer and did not have any reactions to mold - which I usually do at beach hotels.

The room overall was ok for the price. The halls were long and had several steps that made it impossible to bring the luggage cart to your room. Our room was an efficiency and recently remodeled. The mattress was new. This was a nice feature, ask for renovated rooms. Just when we got settled in, a blast of smoke came from the kitchen and/or bathroom vents. It literally was like someone was standing beside us smoking and blowing it in our face. The staff seemed shocked (suprise?) when I mentioned this at checkout. Most likely wouldn't stay again.
