Very basic for the price.Our room was situated on the ground floor advertised as a family ensuite. This was more like a living room which had been made into a bedroom with very little thought to how cramped it would be. The 'bedroom' comprised of a double bed and a single pushed into a small space near the window. The traffic was very noisy and the room was extremely hot with only a small window to open. The breakfast was very basic and I couldn't help but feel the owners had crammed as many people into the guest house as they could with very limited space.

We thought that the room was a bit small for the money charged. However everything was clean and tidy; the proprietor friendly and well organised; breakfast was fine; the location on a regular bus route made it excellent for trips into Oxford.

A very nice little bed and breakfast. Very comfortable and clean. Location was not as described in the Laterooms description. You described it as 1.5kms from the town centre. I wanted to walk to town in the evening but as it was at least 5kms away, I chose to take the local bus.

Family Stay at 5 mile viewEasy to find. Off-road parking. Bus stop a few metres away to take you into central Oxford, very convenient. Refridgerator in the room a big bonus on a hot half-term stay, and the patio door enabled us to keep the room cool on an otherwise sticky night. Good breakfast enjoyed by all. Room a bit dated, though clean and well presented and made to feel very welcome.

Very good location, close enough to the City centre and on the bus route to get there. Would suggest they put electric showers in the en-suites as seemed to be a lack of hot water, but otherwise it was all good!

This was a B&B just north of Oxford downtown, easy to get to. The room and bathroom were both tiny, but everything was new and worked well. The owners were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Exactly what we wanted - easy parking, clean ensuite room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. The B&B didn't have a sitting room but we were out and about do it didn't affect us. We also had our own front door key so could come and go late as we pleased. Oxford is an expensive place for accommodation so value for money was probably right for Oxford but is poor compared to other towms.

This b and b was nicely situated into getting into Oxford. The lady who ran it was very friendly and tried her best to accomodate our needs.
