Great hotel - shame abot the carparkingExcellent hotel and the facilities were first class apart from the fact that there is only valet parking in a very small car park which has to be prebooked. We had to park a short distance away from the hotel in a public car park - not the best introduction to the hotel.

Modern, new hotel and exceelent standard of accomodationExcellent customer service and such a high standard of presentation - lots of small things make a huge difference! Fresh flowers, candles in bedroom - great finishing touches. Hotel valet parking expensive - £15.00 for the night!

My wife and I stayed at this newly opened hotel on a room only basis. We found the standard of food and service to be of a high quality however a little over priced on drinks and breakfast. This is in an Ideal city centre location close to transport links and shopping and offers luxury accomodation at a reasonable roomrate - I loved the concierege parking service.

Everything about the hotel was absolutely fantastic, the little touches really made a difference and the staff were so friendly and accomodating, the accomodation was ready at 13.30 when we arrived and that was brilliant. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was two used glasses in the room when we arrived but apart from that I couldn't fault the hotel.

Too short a stayI was greeted and assisted by two very approachable doormen, then in turn the welcoming Concierge. The Receptionist was very efficient. The room was perfect in every way. Room service was swift and staff gracious. I loved my one-night stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others - we stay in hotels quite often and I honestly think this is one of the very best. I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and mentioned it to a local businessman who has occasion to 'put people up' when visiting Belfast on business. Well done! I'll be back.

An absoloute mustFabulous team, lead by their manager who personally escorted me to my room. I arrived very early off the 6am Ferry and they allowed me to check in. I enjoyed every moment.
