This is the place of peace that i've ever been in my life.The weather is very good with a perfect room conditions but the service is average.Anyway, it is very good place for those that need a peace in your life.

It was a nice hotel indeed.But the service was bad.IT took four hours to come to my room to fix the toilet bowl.IN level 2,a,b,AND 3 THEY BULID A indoor theme park plus a shopping mall.

very bad..the service is bad compared to last time, maybe the workers are not given enough training. not very clean too, the room was smelly.

Bad experience on my visit on 28-30, No improvement and but standard drop compare to 2-3 yrs ago. Lift Lobby (T2,15-28) - Stupid maintenance schedule, Block one Lobby during the busiest weekend. to take a lift down need to wait 15 mins. house guest need to fight way get into the lift, very inconsideration. Front Office - always out on a smiling face but no initiative and effort to further help and solve guest's request. No Pro enuff. When at nights (10pm onwards), the front office allow pimps to stroll around and infront Hotel Lobby area for dirty business. since when Genting are connected with . Food range are wide but considered on a little high side, only the Kopitiam at FWH level 2 got some reasonable food price, but the place is too small and stuffy. All Themeparks play pacakages rates are the only one worth to enjoys in my opinions, 4D movies are are cute and funny to kids. Casino - well, as usual and fun to have a few bets. standard up and game are fun.

Yes, it is good indeed. Plus Points - Neat,tidy and just enough room for two. Good food available, breakfast nice. Minus too long a waiting period to check in.

Very Basic Hotel & very small rooms. But So are the Rates. In Genting you come to Room Just for Sleeping so it's OK. Poor Breakfast. Don't go with Much Expectations regards to service. They Give worth to prices they charge. you can not expect more. Overall best for Genting Kind of environment & Limited Budget.

So far everything is good and the pricing should lower down sikit.Then the place is very clean but not so clean and good service.
