Nice quiet getaway. The little one enjoyed playing in the sand while we shared a comfy cabana.

Nice amenities. Wine hour. Friendly maid.

Stayed for a long girly \\weekend but would even recommend it as a romantic getaway as well! Great pool with cabanas. Free coffee & wine every day. Shuttle rides to local clubs, restaurants, and shopping. Helpful & courteous staff.

This hotel was awesome, the staff was out standing, there was wine tasting for one hour every day, for free. The pool staff servers were so nice and friendly with smiles on their faces! It was 115 degrees. Your hotel shuttle is a Cadillac Escalade. A very nice touch.

Great staff and location, amenities were nice and rooms were well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions, dining suggestions and activities. The rooms are comfortable in size, well appointed and a nice balcony area. Bathrooms are clean and offer plenty of vanity space for two.

The staff was "" Fabulous""! front desk to valet. We loved sinking our toes into the sandy beach.. relaxing in the complimentary leopard print robes.. nibbling gourmet chips from the honer bar.. while watching tv on a crazy big screen.. then drifting off to sleep in a dreamy bed. Not a better resort hotel in area.!

We only stayed for 1 night at the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. I would say the best feature of the hotel is the atmosphere. I just loved the vibe of the hotel and the music they played. The staff was very friendly. The only downfall would be the lack of food choices the hotel serves. The food was very good but the restaurant does not offer a lot of variety but was not that big of deal because the hotel is so close to Oldtown and Fashion Square.

Location/quality. Some pool problems. Great location, very friendly staff, and the grounds were incredible.

I loved the attention to detail that both the staff and property offered. The check-in and bell staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are unique, but not bizarre. I loved the turn-down service, the chocolates and the stone. My kids would have loved the goldfish! The balcony overlooked a very lush pool area. The pool is awesome with separate areas accomodating either children or adults. the property is very lush. I stayed here in the summer when the rates are more affordable, and really enjoyed it.

In Phoenix to visit partners family, otherwise would have been elsewhere, i.e Moab. However, FireSky offered a nice oasis of 2 pools, lush landscaping, nice to relax around pool or sit on terrace, 15 min. walk to Mall...Fab restaurants and FireSky's shuttle service a plus.

Beautiful entrance and lobby. Guest room was nicely appointed. Paint was peeling on the outside of guest rooms, negative thoughts before even entering guest room. Firesky Resort and Spa has a beautiful entrance and lobby. The guest room was designed with a graniite and marble bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows in the closet. Flat screen TV was nice as well. The room looks to be designed more for the comfort of women with the color scheme and furniture. My husband had to lay on the bed as there was no comfortable chair for sitting.

Don't be fooled by the gorgeous lobby and pool. The rooms are mediocre at best, they don't deserve a 4 star rating. If you are looking for a luxurious 4 star experience, pick another hotel. There are so many good choices in Scottsdale. If you don't care about the rooms, and just want a convienient location, good service and a nice pool, then this may be a good choice.

My boyfriend and I went for the weekend and we were blown away by the service. I have never experienced a friendlier staff. They have a wine tasting hour that was lively and fun; they also offer a free escalade to take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. My boyfriend and I are in our mid-twenties and there seemed to be a lot of people around our age. Also we noticed that although the hotel allows pets we didn't see or smell any animal poop!

The staff was so accommodating andamazing with the kids. I can't think of anything. It really surpassed my expectations. This newly redecorated and refurbished resort was the most pleasant surprise I've experienced in a hotel. The rooms were lovely, the lobby and pool areas were gorgeous, and even though its look and atmosphere is sophisticated, the staff was so wonderful with our 3 young children and made us feel so at home. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and I can't wait to stay there again and get to that fabulous pool!

Lovely property with attractive rooms and garden/pool area. My room had connecting door with room next door, however, and through that I could not only hear my neighbors talking but exactly what they were saying. Nothing very interesting, I'm afraid.

This was our 2nd stay at the Firesky Resort. The environment is very relaxed and we love the location. We have gone as a small getaway mixed with business. We highly reccomend this resort.

High quality in-room amenities free Wi-Fi ' comfortable bed. Needs bigger flat screen LCD or plasma TV. Great place to stay that is close to all and offers great in-room amenities. The only problem was that breakfast was delivered in-room without eating utensils. Took quite a bit of time and the food went cold.

Great place for small children. Lagoon pool has small water slide and sandy area that keeps everyone entertained. Room was very nice and had extra special touches that set it apart from a typical hotel room. Aveda toiletries also a nice surprise!

We stayed for 8 nights in the heat of the summer. The room was spacious and cool. Marble shower, granite sink area, mini fridge and balcony. The adult pool was refreshing even in 111* heat! Service was friendly and enthusiastic. Parking was plentiful. The resident bunny was a delight every morning around the pool.

Pretty much everything. We were awaken at 6 a.m. by the TV in the next adjacent room. It's a beautiful place, luxury resort. But if rooms are adjacent - the door sound proof. Also, it is a known practice in the hotels to limit to a minimum sound of TV, suit's impossible to make it loud. I told the clerk about it, but seems she was not going to do something about it. She was sympathetic, suggested to call them next time. But what the point. Both of us couldn't go back to sleep.
